It was good but we won't return unfortunately.
Pros:

The best thing about this resort was the blonde lady at the front desk, she is amazing, such a lovely person and so nice but genuinely nice not just because she has to be, her knowledge was so helpful, and a great sense of humor as well might I add she fixed our issues immediately and in person, and even gave us information about the tours and tour guides on the next island we went to! She went out of her way to greet us. The breakfast was ok, same at all resorts.

Cons:

Definitely the cleanliness was not up to standard for our rooms.

Θέα στη θάλασσα, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, καθημερινή καθαριότητα και ωραία πισίνα.

Cons:

Το κατάλυμα χρήζει ανακαίνισης, καθώς είναι παλιό κτίριο και φαίνεται στις υποδομές. Το WiFi δεν έπιανε σχεδόν σε κανέναν χώρο.
Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μας έκανε πως το κατάλυμα φαίνεται πως δουλεύει κατά κύριο λόγο με τουρίστες, με χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα ότι πολλοί από το προσωπικό δεν μιλούσαν ελληνικά.

posizione TOP; letto molto comodo; Marianna della reception sempre sorridente e molto gentile; colazione abbondante e varia; spiaggetta dell'albergo piccola ma MERAVIGLIOSA.

Cons:

struttura un pò datata, bagno piccolo con assenza porta doccia (si allegava quando facevi la doccia). il water era attaccato alla doccia e se si era alti bisognava stare laterali

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location outside of the centre of Skala but 2€ mini bus service into town was less than 10 mins. Room was spacious and balcony had a great view of the sea and the sunrise. Breakfast was adequate, pool bar and areas to drink and relax were really good. Evelyn on reception was an absolute diamond!

Cons:

The room was so hot at night and uncomfortable to sleep. Would have slept with the balcony doors open if there’d been a mosquito blind.

Paradiso..
Pros:

Resort bellissimo, immerso nella natura. Spiaggia adiacente meravigliosa, piscina stupenda, camere pulite ogni giorno, il balcone vista mare era da mozzare il fiato. Tutto il personale gentilissimo, una menzione speciale per Evelyn e Marianna che ci hanno aiutato in tutto, purtroppo non sappiamo i nomi degli altri ragazzi ma sono stati tutti eccezionali.
Colazione ottima, cena buona molto ricca, anche se noi italiani siamo un po' difficili con il cibo, comunque siamo riusciti sempre a trovare qualcosa di buono. Torneremo qui per vedere il resto dell'isola perché è stupenda. Consigliatissimo.

We would not come back
Pros:

The only positives are the rich breakfast (even though it’s the same every day, for 3 nights that’s not a problem but it might be for longer), the courtyard, and the nearby beach – but only if you have a spirit of adventure. The beach is extremely small, surrounded by rocks, and gets crowded with just 6 people, but the water there is gorgeous, perfect for snorkeling. To reach the beach, you go down a few forgotten steps, across an abandoned-looking piece of land, then over a dangerously shaky wooden bridge (also forgotten by time), and finally you either have to jump off a rock or struggle down some improvised wooden planks. For us it was fun, but it’s definitely not for everyone.

Cons:

First of all, congratulations to the photographer! They did an excellent job. From old rooms (really old, not just 10 years old!) they managed to make everything look much nicer, newer, and cleaner. The courtyard immediately catches your eye – it’s truly beautiful, with a clean pool, brightly colored cottages, flowers, and, for the most part, cleanliness. But once you enter the rooms… the first thing that hits you is the smell of old, and then you notice where it comes from.
The bathroom desperately needs a complete renovation from the ground up. The sink faucets have chipped paint, the bathtub (where a person can barely stand inside) has stains and lots of disgusting build-up in the joints, the grout between the tiles is full of dirt and deposits, and the bedroom furniture is dusty. The lack of mosquito nets is a huge downside, because at night you can’t sleep with the AC on – it blows directly onto the bed.
The private parking lot is FULL of rusty nails. Even though I saw someone else complain about this in the reviews, I thought, “Surely they’ve fixed it, this is very dangerous!” Well, they didn’t care. Not after the first review, not even when I personally went to the reception to report it. (The lady at the reception was nice and said she would pass on the message, but probably had no one to pass it on to.)
Wi-Fi is nonexistent, just like the signal in general. Neither in the room nor in the restaurant. The location is fine only if you have a car; otherwise, it’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere.
I honestly don’t understand how this place has such a high rating and 4 stars!! It’s worth a maximum of 2 stars. MAXIMUM!
