Pros:

Location was a short 5 minute walk for the Sphinx entrance. We explored from the visitors centre and ended here. Large clean room for a family. Nice hot shower.

Cons:

Pool wasn't warm but didn't really choose the hotel for the pool.

Einfaches Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, super Ausblick
Pros:

Tolle Lage zu den Pyramiden, von der Dachterasse hat man super schönen Ausblick. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war einfach, aber groß und grundsätzlich sauber, nur die Jacuzzi Badewanne etwas schmuddelig, da hab ich selbst nachgewischt. Richtig gestört hat uns jedoch die ungezogenen Bettdecken der Betten, in der schon sichtbar einige vor uns so genächtigt haben. Haben uns dann Laken noch bringen lassen, was kein Problem war.

Pros:

Un bel hôtel soigné, chambre très luxueuse et confortable, espaces agréables, rooftop avec vue Magnifique sur les grandes pyramides, restaurant sur place très bon et varié. Personnel au petit soin.

Cons:

Un peu frais dans la chambre(rare au Caire) mais des que cela a été signalé des solutions ont été trouvées. Partie de Gizeh très populaire qui contraste avec le chic de l'hôtel. Mais amusant.

Beautiful pyramids view and very helpful staff
Pros:

We appreciate many things about this accommodation:
- fast and easy communication with the hotel before arrival
- free airport pick-up was a big positive and the driver of the hotel was always a safe option to commute with
- location very close to Giza pyramids
- the colors of the hotel, it looks so good
- the view to the Giza pyramids from the rooftop terrace is just amazing
- we got a very kind welcome and our rooms were prepared very fast, hours before official check-in time, huge thanks for the cleaning ladies
- most employees were really friendly and helpful
- we were provided tasty breakfast free of charge
- we were provided some drinking water every day
- restaurant possibility to have lunch or dinner or just grab a drink
- we didn't try the swimming pool because of the weather, but it seemed to be very well-maintained

We are very very thankful for all the effort of the staff which made our stay safe and pleasant. Most of us had never been to Egypt or Africa before so it was a relief to get such a kind treatment most of the time, and we got immediate help in any situation. Thank all of you once again!

Little warning: The surrounding streets of the hotel can be a bit surprising at first, even if you are prepared that horses and some camels and donkeys are living there.

Cons:

Two little negatives:
- one employee made us give higher tip than we wanted to give him which made the situation quite uncomfortable
- cleanliness of the rooms could be a bit improved

Pros:

L'emplacement face aux pyramides.
Le personnel gentil et accueillant.
Le restaurant le soir bon, le petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

VOL dans notre chambre dont nous sommes sûrs: 1 paire de boucles d'oreilles rangées dans une pochette et un chargeur de téléphone ! Le coffre était cassé, nous n'avons donc rien pu y déposer. Les responsables de l'hôtel étaient très embêtés mais n'avaient pas de preuve.

La propreté des parties communes laisse à désirer. Pas de papier toilette dans les toilettes du bar de l'hôtel 2 jours de suite, il a fallu reclamer++.
Bref, un hôtel où nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.

Gran vista, exclelente atenciòn y mala habitacion.
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la atenciòn del personal. Anuar y Noura fueron muy amables y atentos. La vista a las piramides es magnifica. los espacios comunes son agradables. La comida muy rica y el desayuno bien.

Cons:

La habitacion es muy pequeña, al igual que el baño y las toallas ya deberian ser tiradas a la basura. Los colchones son viejos. Mucho para mejorar en las habitaciones, que nos responden al precio pagado.

Posizione walking distance (3 Min a piedi) dalle Piramidi di Giza e molto comoda per raggiungere il nuovo Grand Egyptian Museum. Inserito in un contesto vivace ma sicuro. Staff fantastico, disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Belle le esperienze proposte. Camera spaziosa, pulita e con vista piramidi. Ottima colazione. Rooftop con vista eccezionale

L'esterno, a primo impatto, non è particolarmente curato. Ma è perfettamente inserito nel contesto.

The staff at the reception are very friendly. They shared lots of local Egyptian dishes that we should try with their enthusiasm.

Cons:

The room’s water heater is not enough for 5ppl. We have to wait for 30min for the next person to take a shower. The check-in process will give you a glance of the facilities and promote their taxi or guide services.m, which could be pro or con
