Давно я не жил в таких отвратительных номерах. К моменту заезда в 14.00 часов номер не был готов. Заявленных сейфа, минибара, сушилки, утюга, фена и биде не было. Обещанного вида на горы тоже не было.
Из бесплатных туалетных принадлежностей был только гель для душа. Душ практически не работал, так как напор слабый. Над унитазом водонагреватель и с него капает прямо на унитаз. Wifi в номерах нет.
Рестораны не понятно где расположены так как схемы на рецепшн нет. Еда жирная и не очень хорошего качества(давно не видел как портят картошку фри).
Отель снял оплату 13,861$ вместо 123,33$ по бронированию, объяснив тем, что терминал работает только в египетских фунтах. В общем совершенно не советую.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring – absoluut niet wat we hadden geboekt
Pros:

Het resort is ruim opgezet en de ligbedden op het strand staan prettig ver uit elkaar, waardoor je voldoende ruimte en privacy hebt. Het buffet was prima en vooral een aantal medewerkers in het restaurant waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas konden deze positieve punten de vele negatieve ervaringen niet compenseren.

Cons:

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Bij aankomst om 01.00 uur konden ze onze boeking niet vinden. Uiteindelijk kregen we een appartement met één slaapkamer in plaats van twee. Na veel gedoe en een slapeloze nacht moesten we de volgende dag maar liefst zes keer in gesprek met de receptie en FO-manager, die zelfs met mijn Booking.com-reservering bleef beweren dat onze geboekte kamer niet bestond. Uiteindelijk kregen we de juiste kamer, maar zonder het beloofde bad.

Ook de informatie op Booking.com is misleidend. Veel foto's, waaronder die van het eten, zijn van het naastgelegen hotel Arena. Dit eten is dus niet inbegrepen bij de all-inclusive van Selena Bay. Ook ontbreken de beloofde faciliteiten, zoals de spa, tennisbaan, het casino en duikcentrum. De jacuzzi hoort eveneens bij het hotel ernaast.

De schoonmaak was dramatisch: in zeven dagen werd onze kamer slechts één keer schoongemaakt en kregen we één keer schone handdoeken. Water werd niet aangevuld.

Daarnaast werden mijn vriendin en ik herhaaldelijk lastiggevallen door personeel dat om onze nummers en Instagram vroeg. Zelfs de FO-manager bleef mij bellen en appen, wat zeer ongepast en onprofessioneel was.

Wij zouden hier absoluut niet opnieuw boeken!

Le resto sur la plage et les serveurs très sympa.

Cons:

Le fait qu'au prix payé pour une suite "Deluxe" assez cher pour l'Égypte l'hôtel a essayé de nous donner un petit appart vraiment pourri au rez de chaussée ouvert sur le parking face a un mur de l'hôtel voisin et une chambre a coucher sans fenêtre. Heureusement après l'avoir refusé ils nous en ont donné une très bien.

بشكل عام كانت الإقامة جميلة جدًا، وكل شيء كان ممتازًا، والناس في الفندق كانوا ذوق ومتعاونين جدًا. الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت صعوبة إجراءات الـCheck-in بسبب اصطحاب الكلب، رغم أن الفندق مُعلن عنه كـPet Friendly. أتمنى فقط أن تكون إجراءات دخول الحيوانات الأليفة أوضح وأسهل في المستقبل.

كنت حاجز الفندق على أساس أنه Pet Friendly، لكن عند الوصول واجهت بعض الصعوبة والتعقيدات أثناء الـ Check-in بسبب وجود الكلب. كنت أتمنى أن تكون إجراءات دخول الحيوانات الأليفة أوضح وأسهل، خصوصًا أن الفندق معلن عنه كـ Pet Friendly. بشكل عام أتمنى تحسين هذه النقطة لتكون التجربة أفضل للضيوف الذين يصطحبون حيواناتهم الأليفة.

Unglaublich Scam, alles was in Webseite stimmt nicht mit Wahrheit leider sind wir extrem enttäuscht, ist kein richtige Hotel 90% sind Anwohner des Wohnungen die privat dort wohnen ein grosse Schwimmbad für alle und zwei kleine , kein spa kein gym kein Arena alles gibt nicht , Strand kannst du nicht schwimmen muss mann 10 min laufen in stein … All inklusive hama bezahlt essen ist 4/10 immer fast die gleiche billige Mahlzeit Getränke all inklusiv hh aber nur Wasser und zwei schluck cola ind soda getränke nach Anfrage ständige kriegst du in Glas sonst nichts gott sei dank Ziad hat uns Upgrade zu Zimmer und wo separat gewohnt sonst hätten wir dwn schlimmste 10 tags
