Pros:

The hotel and the area are fairly clean, quiet, and tidy. l.good price.

Cons:

There is no safe in the room, there are no cafes and restaurants in the area and in the immediate vicinity except for "Arena", decent food stores. There is no sports bar to watch sports matches, the TV does not show any European programs

Très beau séjour
Pros:

Très bel endroit, j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Le personnel était chaleureux, et j’ai pu faire un check-in anticipé gratuitement. Le petit-déjeuner était sous forme de buffet varié. J’ai également réservé une belle sortie snorkeling avec eux. Je recommande vivement !

Séjour agréable, je le recommande vivement
Pros:

Séjour vraiment agréable, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la nourriture, la plage et l’école de kitesurf sur la plage qui était parfaite pour m’entraîner chaque jour !
J’ai également adoré les animations du soir, les spectacles orientaux et les shows de feu.
L’espace Arena et le jacuzzi, un vrai petit paradis.

I had a great stay, Really loved it! 10/10
Pros:

Location was perfect just 15 minutes from the airport, Food was so nice and the room was perfectly clean and as described. The place is great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

Pire hôtel de ma vie je vous le déconseille !!!
Le logement attribué était dans un état d’insalubrité manifeste et totalement indigne d’une location, et vraiment inconcevable
Les photos parlent d’elle même.. elles ont été prise 5 minutes après notre entré dans le logement .. et je n’ai pas pu tout vous mettre.
• poussière partout ;
• frigo sale et four taché ;
• odeurs désagréables persistantes ;
• rideau de douche taché d’urine ;
• WC sales et nauséabonds ;
• présence de cafards et de grosses araignée dans l’appartement…

PAS DE RÉSEAU ET PAS WIFI TOTAL dans les chambres.. impossible de commander un uber avant de marcher à + de 10 minutes de l’hôtel pour avoir du réseaux ( peu importe l’opérateur)

J’ai jamais vue ça de ma vie, impossible de marche pied nues le logement était remplie de poussière et la salle de bain INFECTÉ !!!
De plus le déjeuner qui est sensé finir à 12h est terminé à 11h20… on vous remballe comme une chaussette lol

De grosse traces de moisissures, ces conditions sont inacceptables et présentent un risque sanitaire évident. Ce logement est manifestement impropre à la location.

Dans cette hôtel il y a que des familles égyptiennes qui loue (je pense) à l’année les logements, il envahissent clairement la piscine matin midi soir… on est littéralement dévisager en tant que touristes on a pas pu y allez une seul fois

De plus au « beach club » le serveur vous arnaque a chaque passage en caisse ne vous rend jamais la bonne monnaie pendant plusieurs jours, jusqu’au jour où nous lui avons dis, celui ci nous a clairement rigolé au nez..

Je suis vraiment choqué, je n’ai jamais vue ça de ma vie entière, heureusement nous avons fini notre séjour dans un autre hôtel 100 fois mieux et plus propre.

La suite era molto spaziosa! Ampio terrazzino dove rilassarsi, posizione top e location con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

La colazione assolutamente da rivedere!!!
Nonostante il ristorante alla carta fosse ottimo, la colazione compresa nel prezzo di prenotazione no!
Tenendo conto che sono gli stesso sulla colazione hanno proprio poca attenzione!
Yogurt affettati frutta non venivano ne anche coperta e dopo 10 minuti fuori li trova secchi e con le mosche!
Prenotando da Booking oltre alla colazione gratuita avevamo il 15% di sconto sul ristorante cosa che non e’ mai stata applicata! Solo durante la cena del quarto giorno di soggiorno ci siamo accorti sui conti non veniva mai applicato, abbiamo fatto presente questo alla reception che ha risolto facendoci da li in poi usufruire dello sconto e per tutti i giorni persi ci ha permesso di lasciare le camere 2 ore dopo all’orario di check out gratuitamente.

Abbiamo apprezzato il gesto anche se essendo una prenotazione per 7 persone dopo aver pagato pieno per 4 giorni e aver utilizzato molto il ristorante sarebbe stato più grafito da parte loro offrirci qualcosa!

It’s really far away , wrote on booking that it’s an hotel and when i arrived i found it was units (Chalet) no network in the room, no hair dryer , bo iron table or even iron i have to request one , no water or even coffee tray that was mentioned in my reservation, the electricity and the water went out many times, the breakfast was really poor and finally the beach was horrible as they mention that it was sandy beach and i was shocked when i arrived

Pros:

J'ai vraiment adoré cet hôtel. Les espaces sont vastes et agréables. Ma chambre donnait sur la mer, c'était superbe et très confortable. Le personnel est très sympa et accueillant. C'est un excellent resort, j'espère y revenir bientôt

Cadre magnifique et super restaurant
Pros:

Un complexe magnifique. J'ai particulièrement aimé les espaces verts et la plage. Ma chambre était très belle avec une vue vraiment à couper le souffle. J'ai aussi eu un coup de cœur pour le restaurant Arena, c'était délicieux

Una estancia agradable en Hurghada
Pros:

El apartamento estaba bastante bien. Tienes todo: fogones, lavadora, nevera, microondas,calentador de agua, etc. Las piscinas excelentes. Tienen pufs, tumbonas, sombrillas, mesitas, wifi. Justo al frente del hotel tienen un supermarket donde hay bebidas (NO alcohol) snacks etc.

Cons:

La falta de informacion. Al llegar nos explicaron que el desayuno esta en tal citio y de 9:30 al 11:30. No nos han dicho que el mismo bar trabajaba todo el dia y por la tarde (de pago). Teneis internet en el lobby y en las piscinas. Al hacer check-out y hacer sugerencias nos explicaron que en la habitacion tambien habia opcion (de pago extra) de tener internet... al check-out no al check-in...
