Contemporary styling and facilities
Rooms were small, glass bathroom petition was an interesting choice when staying with a friend not a partner, common area carpeting was really dirty and stained

This hotel is very luxurious! I had such a great view from my window, comfy bed that I couldn’t get out of. TV was easy to operate and the shower also had me coming back. The staff had excellent customer service.
Far too far out of town and taxi services are not great

Clean bed
No restaurant no bar and no pool , went with two friends and we were all charged different prices from 6000 to 16,000 bht , no breakfast and the view was rubble building site

It's spanking new, spacious with a comfy bed and nicely designed. The staff are really courteous and hospitable
We had a car. Even though the location is next to no where, it's not an issue
The only problem is the water heater that turns cold after 10 to 15 mins. Lodged a complaint and they sent the technician but the issue was not really solved. After a while the water still turns cold and I have to adjust and wait for the water to be heated up again
Having said that, we are very happy with the stay overall and I'd say that's not really a big issues, especially when we get really good value with the introductory price
The staff were lovely. English was limited but we are not in England so fair enough.
The rooms were fantastic, they were modern and clean and very well set up. There was even Netflix in the room as well.
The swimming pool is a water fountain that is completely in the shade. I think it has been misled on the company website. It’s tiny and in the shade.
My entire stay was also whilst building works were going on for a hotel next door and it was the opposite of relaxing.
This hotel is also so far out from the old town and the city centre that you have to grab everywhere. You cannot walk down the road because it’s on a main road. Only works if you have a car. Or it would be good if you need to stay here one night before the airport.
