Pros:

La habitación era cómoda, limpia, acogedora. Nos sentimos muy felices.

Cons:

Que no me informaron desde que llegué que para cerrar la puerta debíamos por dentro poner el seguro. Y pensábamos que automáticamente lo tomaba. Así que me escribieron para que lo hiciera, pero no me explicaron cómo hacerlo.

Pros:

Etwas klein, aber alles war sehr gut, bis auf einen Sache. Das Lüftungssystem hat Chemisch gerochen.

Cons:

Der Geruch (Chemisch) über das Lüftungssystem war zu extrem. Allen meinen Kleider hat danach Gerochen. Sonst war alles wirklich gut.

Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

We found another couple in the house that didn’t knew about our presence and we all didn’t knew about the sharing bathroom. The heater didn’t work at all and the room was cold due to window partially opened. Towels were dirty and the room smells bad.

Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht. Es gab einen Wohnraum mit Küche und 2 Doppelbett Zimmer. Gleich beim betreten merkten wir einen extrem unangenehmen Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Dieser war anschließend sogar an der Kleidung zu riechen.
Dem nicht genug. Was wir nicht wussten, dass das zweite Zimmer anderen Gästen vermietet war. Wir haben unsere Sachen im Wohnraum gelassen, einschließlich Wertgegenstände und Dokumente. In der Nacht merkten wir plötzlich Licht und hörten Stimmen. Da wurde uns erst bewusst, dass unbekannte Gäste noch in der Wohnung eingemietet waren.
Ein Alptraum, da wir nicht informiert waren.
Darüber hinaus war die Sauberkeit ebenfalls nicht wirklich ansprechend.
Wir können die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

We did NOT stay & had to scramble to find another hotel. I’m hoping the owner will refund some of money.

It was ok looking.

Cons:

The smell. It stunk of some sort of cleaning agent. Fabuloso possibly? We could taste it and it was making us nauseous. There was no window to open. The floors looked clean but we were sliding all over the place because of the cleaner. Our footprints were left in the greasy cleaner. We took video of the room but no pictures. Thumbs down on this place.

Il check-in è stato pratico e veloce. La zona è tranquilla, ma troppo fuori mano.

Cons:

Posizione scomoda per raggiungere Miami Beach, il bus passa ogni ora.
Purtroppo gli asciugamani forniti erano sporchi e il pavimento era completamente unto (probabilmente per qualche prodotto che avevano utilizzato).
