Pros:

I would’ve like to get inside the building, it was very cold and windy that night and I had my grandchildren with me. We called establishment after we couldn’t get in the doors were locked and no one was at the desk we called establishment, and then we called booking.com or Priceline. Ended up driving 20 miles to a another hotel. I am requesting a refund from this hotel because I never got again I called numerous times after about 90 minutes or so I had to get another hotel so I pay for yours and then I pay for new one hotel !!

Everything Needless to say . first you have to get hit inside the building to have an opinion?? I never got inside as I explained above. I am requesting a refund. Thank you in advance.$$$

Pool gate closed without notice to consumers
Pros:

Pool, beach, diner next door, comfy bed, balcony ocean view, bedroom shower, kitchen and big TV.

Cons:

One rainy day I went down to the beach to pick up my sunchair and after I came upstairs to clean it before entering the building as soon as I went to the pool area to pick up the rest of my stuff the pool was locked down in a matter of 5 minutes. So when I went to pick up my stuff and I couldn't. Then I had to walk to the lobby area the ask the front desk person to open it up for me since all my stuff was still there. The lady response was that pool closes when it rains I said I understand but allow me to get my stuff back, still out in the pool area. Needless to say it was very annoying and I had to basically tell the lady next time announce that you're closing the pool and to please allow everyone to pick up their stuff in time before closing the pool gate. I was very annoyed and the lady didn't seem to care about it and so nonchalant. I was desolutioned by it all and will not stay there again. So sad so bad. My weekend reservations will go somewhere else next time for sure!
