Took two hours to get new accommodations very disappointed. They were not apologetic at the front desk for our inconveni

Cons:

Hotel/apartment entrance was not inviting atmosphere. Hotel was over booked and did not have a room available for me. Staff was very unpleasant and barely helpful. Did not stay at the front desk when trying to re-book accommodations with another hotel. booking.com had difficulty reaching front desk.

Pros:

The location was okay.

Cons:

I booked on booking.com and when I got there they didn't have the room that I paid for it took almost 45 minutes for them to find me a room and it wasn't even the same that I ordered. There was no price adjustment and it was like I had no other choice.

Pros:

There was no breakfast the beds were comfy and the prices to wash and dry were super cheap

The staff we had some issues and we needed to extend our stay another night and they said they couldn't do they were booked checkin isn't until 3 or 4 and check out said noon on your site but it was really 11 I asked if we could get a LATE CHECKOUT JUST NEEDED AN EXTRA HOUR I TOLD THEM WE WOULD EVEN PAY ANOTHER NIGHT THEY STILL TOLD ME NO ACCUSED ME OF SMOKING DRUGS IN THE ROOM AND EVEN CALLED COPS ABSOLUTELY WORST STAY EVER

Very unhappy. I've stayed in hotels for less than looked way better.
Pros:

The location was ok

Cons:

The room was dirty. Sheets had stains or were never washed to begin with. There was a dirt ring in the toilet from not being cleaned. Paid for a garden view and got a view of the parking lot and street instead.

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

Mildew smell everywhere. So bad that my throat still hurts from sleeping in there and being exposed to it for so long. Strange stains on the sheets, not very clean.

Cons:

Weird place & location. Lobby was eerie. Had to sign a very weird consent form w/strange list of things including if police were called. If $100 cash deposit was paid & not picked up by 11:00, it was forfeited, but the lobby didn’t open til 10:00. Room was big & fine. Very minimal.
