Will not get deposit back. Scammers
Pros:

Room was decent.

Cons:

Here it is 9 days later and still no refund on my deposit. When you call about it your pushed to another customer service and you actually get no where. Total scam. I will be going higher than this. I'm interested in a bunch of us that are being ripped off to file a class action suit. I promise I will get my refund!

Nada ...No pude hospedarme porque nadie nos atendió estaba cerrado pero si me hicieron el cargo dos días antes

Llegar y no ser atendido cerrada la oficina de recepcion ...llamar desde temprano para informar que teníamos retraso y no atender la llamada estar en el lugar afuera esperando ser atendidos y estar cerrado el lugar marcar al número que estaba en la puerta y no atendernos ...llamar a un número de Booking.com y no solucionarnos nada..poner dedpues la queja por escrito y tener una pésima respuesta por parte de booking...muy buenos para cobrar pero cero atención
