Ok but be mindful of the location
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was also a good size and plenty of space for all

Cons:

I’m sorry to say that if you’re in a room right on the front the location is not good. There is the constant noise from the traffic as it is on the main road to town, you are just unable to relax at all in your room without closing the doors. In addition the 2 single beds in the twin room were very uncomfortable.

A perfect week away . We were gutted we didn’t have longer.
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful and filled us up to our evening meal . Arrived every morning on time to our room . The location of Skiathos living is perfect - just a short walk to the supermarket and the main port , town and restaurants- yes there are steps but it didn’t faze up for the lovely views we had from the accommodation- the staff were so helpful carrying our luggage when we arrived and when we left . Also so close to the airport - loved seeing the planes come in / take off - no noise at night once doors are closed to the apartments 😊

Cons:

Our only criticism was the shower - a little tired and being hand held was a bit of a faff but we all survived and I would recommend to others to stay there.

Pros:

Krásný výhled

Cons:

Je to starý hotel který už má slávu za sebou. Hotel nemá příjezdovou cestu a musíte do velkého kopce po schodech. S velkými kufry to musí být zážitek. Měli jsme pokoj s posteli v patře. Celé patro je ze dřeva a hrozne vrže. Pokud musíte v noci na záchod je to nebezpečné a hlučné.

Very nice large space and friendly staff.
Pros:

We had to book last minute and the end of the season. They were very accommodating to my requests for earlier check-in and actively put me in touch with the shuttle company within their communication. I would definitely go back to this place

Cons:

Nothing they can do about this, but it is at the top of a lot of steps. They have porters to help, and we were lucky someone was down at the bottom and called up. They did offer the service when leaving too and everyone was so nice so it's not even a negative experience. Just a warning of the steps.

Kuulovammaiset apumiehet olivat iloisia ja avuliaita.

Cons:

Huone oli iso ja kolkko, iso kulmasohva joka todella likainen, ja epäsiisti. vastaanotto vähän tympeä, aamiainen ei ollut kummoinen ja peruin aamiaisemme ensimmäisen aamun jälkeen, mutta eivät sitä ymmärtäneet ja maksoin sitten joka päivästä, kielitaito/ ymmärrys heillä heikko.

A nice stay but uncomfortable beds
Pros:

The property is clean and has a great view of Skiathos. The pool is nice and the sun lounges are very comfortable. An excessive amount of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in rooms, the my roots conditioner is great. The staff are happy to help with bags when requested and arranging taxi to airport.

Cons:

I had two different rooms while staying on separate occasions here. The first has a stove top for cooking however there were hardly any cooking pots or utensils. I had one pot to use and had to cook in batches which was annoying. The bed is very uncomfortable, hard and you can feel the spring wire, l was very sore afterwards. The second room was the same, a sink and nothing to cook with which is bizarre as it looks like an apartment, again a hard bed. There are many steps up to property from street which is difficult when your message won’t go through for help with your bags. No basics like tea or coffee in rooms.

Pros:

The pool deck, location and view.

Cons:

The apartment had no coffee or water, bathroom was not clean and towels in terrible condition. Shower was also faulty and smelled bad. It was also too expensive for what it was.

Cons:

Δεν είχαμε καμία πληροφορία για το πάρκινγκ. Το οποίο είχαμε ζητήσει να έχουμε κιόλας από νωρίτερα.

Skiathos Living - wonderful holiday.
Pros:

The location and size of the apartments was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and this is the second visit to Skiathos living as we stayed here last year. As soon as we arrived we knew there had been a change of management and staff, and this has made a huge difference to the standards and service and cleanliness , including the pool area and planted gardens. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Cons:

The bed could have done with a new mattress odmr topper. But nothing that disrupted sleep.
