Pros:

L'emplacement, à 30 min à pied de Biscayne. À 10min des bus. Piscine sympa et cadre agréable.

Cons:

Des insectes dans le lits pendant le séjour. Pas de bureau dans la chambre comme sur les photos. Manque de rangement dans la chambre.

Ottima posizione. Parcheggio gratuito. L’esterno e la piscina molto carini.

Cons:

L’interno della struttura è da rimodernare, così come le stanze; mancava il phon per i capelli e non era possibile modificare la temperatura della stanza, decisamente troppo fredda.

Overall, it was a pretty good stay
Pros:

Such a beautiful location! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was quite noisy at night because of the music from the bar, and I had trouble falling asleep. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind. I also noticed ants in the room during my stay.

De kamer was absoluut niet schoon. Bloed vlekken op het dekbed, haren en beestjes het was in ieder geval niet schoon. We hadden zelfs het idee dat er vlooien of bedwantsen waren.

Not Bad, Just Sort of Careless
Pros:

This stay felt careless.There are definitely positives. The pool is a nice amenity, free parking is an enormous value in Miami, and the staff kindly allowed me a late checkout, which I genuinely appreciated. The cleaning woman also worked incredibly hard and deserves recognition.

This isn’t a terrible property, but it doesn’t feel well cared for. If cleanliness is important to you, I’d look elsewhere. If your priorities are free parking, a decent pool, and a convenient Miami location, you may find it worth the tradeoff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property never felt truly clean. My room had a persistent urine odor throughout my stay, and the shower’s inexpensive plastic fixtures only added to that feeling. I found myself tiptoeing around the room instead of relaxing.

The pool itself is enjoyable, but it isn’t cleaned until closer to midday even though guests can begin using it at 8:00 a.m. If you’re an early swimmer, you'll share the water with bugs. The lounge chairs around the pool are also in dire need of cleaning or replacement.

The staff ranged from genuinely kind to disappointingly indifferent. I appreciated the kindness shown with my late checkout, but never felt fully comfortable mentioning the odor in my room because I didn’t have confidence the staff to would handle my concern well.

Pros:

La arquitectura y decoración del hotel es muy linda. Es un edificio antiguo y rodeado de mucho verde.

Cons:

Estaría bien sumar algunas comodidades como cafetera, nevera pequeña, secador de cabello y plancha de ropa sin necesidad de solicitarlos, algunas toallas extras y pañitos de limpieza.
