The apartment is terrible, the building is old, and there are some problems with the furniture, it's worn out, there is a broken piece of wood from the door., and there are missing some basic necessities in the room. There isn't even a small table for eating. The terrace is in an inconvenient and unattractive location. Sometimes the table disappears on the terrace. The apartment doesn't match the advertised specifications in the pictures or the apartment details. This is clearly deceptive. What bothered us most was that the area is very old and unclean, with many stray dogs and a lot of noise. All of this will make me think twice before booking through Booking.com again. You need to be stricter with your listing requirements for accommodations on your website. We suffered because of your negligence, and your reputation will be damaged. What happened to us is unfair. We don't pay money to endure hardship and trouble.
For the price flawless. The staff are nice, the beds are very comfy, the view is amazing it's about the tallest building in the area. Breakfast was included although I never actually got round to having it I did ask about and was told that if I wanted it they would make it for me which was a massive gold star, you get your own keycard for the elevator. The location is amazing 15 minutes walk away from the pyramids and lots of shops nearby and 2 large supermarkets nearby. You get a balcony, a nice facilities, a kettle and a fridge and a nice wardrobe. Interior has a nice aesthetic nice pictures modern lighting. Would definitely stay here again possibly the most underrated property on the site
Doors were a bit jammed occasionally and plugs were in slightly awkward places. A little bit difficult to find located on the top floor of anubis pyramids and jacuzzi

Nothing. I didn’t even wanted to see my room
The place was in the middle of nowhere in a creepy little alley. Name was different. It did not look like the picture at all
Dieses Hotel ist ein Scam, es existiert unter einem anderen Namen, wenn überhaupt und ist bei Google Maps nicht auffindbar. Abgesehen davon ist es in einer gefährlichen Gegend! Wir sind direkt umgedreht als wir das vermeintliche Hotel unter dem Namen Anubis gefunden haben. Selbst der Taxi Fahrer sagte, dass es hier nicht sicher ist! Finger weg!

La stanza non aveva il jacuzzi come previsto. Era sporca, priva di macchina di caffè, bollitore o telecomando. Internet terribile. 2 asciugamani piccoli per tutta la durata di 11 giorni. Niente accappatoio o grucce. La stanza non e stata pulita neanche una volta. Personale scortese. Colazione inclusa ma per niente raccomandabile perché io che sono vegana non ho potuto mangiare niente. Non è a buffet ma ti portano loro cosa vogliono(o cosa li avanza). La porta aveva problemi a chiudersi. Il proprietario che vende anche "pacchetti" escursioni...chiede delle cifre molto alte per poi non farti neanche da guida. Ti porta in macchina, ti prende il biglietto che costa pochissimo e ti lascia al entrata. La zona è una cosa indescrivibile. Spazzatura OVUNQUE
L'ascensore senza porte, la doccia che spande, il rumore... nell palazzo qualcuno possiede delle anatre che li fa vivere rinchiuse sul pianerottolo...
La quantità inimmaginabile di mosche ... lenzuola sporche, coperte macchiate, cassetto che puzza di formaggio la porta che perde pezzi. ..

This advert is scam! There is no existence of the hotel and telephone number is fake! I had to book another hotel with very high cost! I want booking. com should compensate me. But after writing a few mails I haven't yet received any response from them. I don't accept such unprofessional behaviour from booking.com!!!!

Il nome dell'hotel non corrispondeva a quello che abbiamo prenotato, cosa che ci ha fatto perdere svariato tempo prima di trovarlo.
Struttura fatiscente, camera sporca, personale poco professionale anche se disponibile. Lunghi i tempi di attesa, soprattutto in merito alla colazione che ci è stata servita senza posate e senza alcunché da bere.
Non abbiamo potuto chiudere a chiave la camera causa serratura malfunzionante che hanno cercato di sistemare senza successo.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto pagare un costo aggiuntivo rispetto alla tariffa di booking che includeva tutto quello di cui abbiamo usufruito sostenendo che quella pagata in precedenza fosse solo la cauzione.
Esperienza deludente, non consigliata.

It is fake, no one answered and no hotel
The beds were not bad as far as comfort - yet I wouldn’t say the sheets were washed.
The property is absolutely filthy- even after we mentioned this some water was slopped on the floors and they called it “cleaned” We booked 2 rooms- 1 still had party supplies from prior people, the bedding didn’t look washed, the toilet seat wasn’t attached, the toilet, exhaust fan, sink — the whole bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a year. The place is named something else ONCE YOU PAY SOMEONE TO FIND IT FOR YOU! Then pay your uber driver extra because it took you an hour to find a hotel that has a different name in an alley way with no name. Horrid disgusting experience! Ohh and there’s no breakfast available unless you pay a neighbor to bring it for you - He will tell you it’s free then charge you! Either way you don’t want to eat in fear of the filth that it would be made with.
