Kuka Luxury Living Athens

One of my favorite stays in Athens! The team was kind and helpful from the beginning, allowing me to drop luggage off early and check in ahead of schedule. I booked the room with a private pool, and while initially I wasn't sure about the awning overhead, it was absolutely delightful to rest on the large, private patio and swim in the soft sun. I've had the pleasure of visiting other luxury residences in athens, but this one feels more thoughtful down to every single detail. The bed, outdoor and indoor furniture are exceedingly comfortable and tasteful. The small gym on the roof is complete with great equipment to make use of a small space. They even have a washer/ dryer available should you need to do laundry. The bath and body products are unforgettable with a beautiful frankincense aroma. I especially appreciate the art-- gorgeous photographs, curtains that look hand-dyed, and interesting fixtures. It's a place that truly feels like a warm and elegant home. Don't hesitate to book it-- great value for first-class amenities. Thank you to the team!

The team was incredibly responsive from the moment we arrived and always available whenever we needed support. The room cleanliness was on another level — everything was spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated having a small kitchenette, which made our stay even more convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept extremely well.

A lovely touch was the breakfast delivered to the room each morning. It was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day.

Overall, the combination of excellent service, attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made this a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Literally everything. I'm usually a very picky person, but every single aspect of this place and its hosts was impeccable!
Communication with the host was great, the housekeeping staff were thorough and kind and even refused tips!
The apartment itself was amazing too. Very clean and well maintained, very chic, very comfortable, and has everything you need (a bidet spray!). The whole place looks and feels like it was built and operated with so much passion and love.
The peak for me was their breakfast basket every morning and their surprise celebration of my birthday! I just came back to find balloons and cake and a basket of drinks, fruits, and candy waiting for me with the sweetest letter! Thank you so much! I travel a lot and this by far was my favorite stay. Definitely coming back.

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean, beautiful interiors, and very practical in terms of facilities. We travelled as a group of 4 adults who wanted to have shared space but also privacy when needed, and this apartment was perfect. It feels like it was designed with love and with an understanding of what people need from a hotel.

All of the facilities are of a very high standard, the team are very friendly and helpful, and the location is just right for main sights like the Acropolis. We had two balconies, spacious rooms, and access to the rooftop terrace was especially great.

The apartments are very nice with all modern amenities and very spacious and very well located to the centre. We really liked staying here.

Everything was more than perfect , the location, the size and comfort of the appartment . The decoration is amazing. The pool back yard is so cozy and private.

The location is incredible. Near the acropolis and the Olympic stadium. The property is very modern!

The apartment was a walk away from all the main attractions with a number of fantastic eateries and amenities close by.
Easy access from the airport via metro which is a short walk away.
Staff are fantastic, Stefano ensured we had a comfortable stay and was always on hand to answer any questions or requests we might have had.
The apartment was cleaned very well daily and had a good selection of crockery and utensils in the kitchenette..
Will definitely return to stay here when next in Athens and highly recommend to everyone visiting Athens.

We hadden het penthouse voor 3 nachten werkelijk een erg mooie design appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien met groot balkon en jacuzzi.
De locatie is erg prettig op korte loopafstand van de Akropolis zuidoost entree en het Akropolis museum. Het appartement was erg stil en er heerlijk geslapen.
In de directe omgeving al op 5 minuten lopen zijn veel leuke en lekkere restaurants.
We waren met de auto en daarvoor een parkeerplaats aangevraagd in een nabijgelegen garage dat werd direct geregeld en was 3 minuten lopen.

Kuka living apartments is ideally located for Acropolis hill, the Pantheon, Hadrian's arch and Temple of Zeus and not far at all to metro stations for easy access to all the other parts of Athens. Lots of fabulous restaurants and cafes nearby in Koukaki and Plaka though Kuka living apartments also provide a small bag of breakfast goods every morning. The kitchen is compact yet stylish. Fixtures and fittings all high quality. We had the pool room on the ground floor which was so clean, modern, and comfortable. I can imagine going for a daily swim to cool off in the height of summer! (We went early May where the water was just a little too cold for other than paddling). We also had access to the small gym, sitting area and jacuzzi on rooftop where you can get a lovely breeze with beautiful star jasmine scent as the plant grows all along the balcony. Very easy to communicate with Stefanos, Adriana and the housekeeping team. They were all friendly and very helpful and answered all our questions no matter how small. Perfect place to stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place. P.s it's also super quiet - soundproofing is great.
