Logistical planning needed to make the stay enjoyable
Pros:

We liked the pillows, the pool and the breakfast

Cons:

We weren't advised of how to dispose of our rubbish, we were locked in when they decided to change the gate code and not advice us. Unfortunately the gym equipment was unusable and when we tried to call and get any information using the chat we had no answer at all. There's no way to self serve to buy a drink and is a remote location so if the staff is not at the reception you can't get a fresh drink.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l'appart'hôtel Kyriad de Cabriès. Dans l'ensemble, l'établissement est propre, la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue, et le personnel à l'accueil est vraiment sympathique, accueillant et serviable.
Nous avons eu un souci avec la porte de la chambre : les piles de la poignée électronique étaient déchargées et nous ne pouvions plus entrer. Le technicien a été très réactif et est intervenu rapidement pour résoudre le problème.

Cons:

En revanche, nous avons rencontré un problème dans la chambre n°26. La climatisation était bloquée à 20 °C. Nous avons signalé ce dysfonctionnement dès notre arrivée, mais malgré cela, rien n'a été fait. Même en réglant la température à 24 °C, elle revenait automatiquement à 20 °C, ce qui rendait impossible d'augmenter la température de la chambre. On nous avait indiqué qu'un technicien interviendrait pour résoudre le problème, mais nous ne l'avons jamais vu durant les 3 nuits de notre séjour. Nous avons finalement été obligés d'éteindre complètement la climatisation chaque soir pour ne pas avoir froid pendant la nuit.

L emplacement est trés bien, pas bruyant. Les appartements sont bien et assez bien équipés. Ça fait 2 ans de suite que je viens avec ma famille.

Cons:

Il faut impérativement une voiture pour séjourner
L arrêt de bus 51 pour aller au centre de la ville d’Aix se trouve très loin de l hôtel et les taxis sont difficiles à réserver et chers. Pourquoi ne pas prévoir une petite navette même payante ?

Mooie kamer, afgesloten parking,ontbijt

Cons:

Vieze geur op de kamer ,afkomstig uit de afloop van de spoelbak v/d keuken
Dit valt makkelijk te verhelpen door een loodgieter
