My experience at The Moore Miami fell well below what I expected from a hotel of this caliber and price point.

Unfortunately, during my stay, a party was held very close to my room, creating an excessive level of noise that made it impossible to sleep. I contacted the staff that evening, but no effective action was taken to resolve the situation or reduce the disturbance.

It was only the following day, after insisting on speaking with the hotel manager, that I was offered a refund of 30% of my room rate. While I appreciate the gesture, I do not believe it adequately reflects the inconvenience caused. The primary purpose of staying at a hotel is to have a comfortable night's sleep, and in this case, that was not possible.

I expected a level of service consistent with The Moore Miami's reputation and premium pricing. A prompt response and an effective solution during the night would have made a significant difference.

The property itself is beautiful and has a unique concept, but the way this situation was handled seriously impacted my overall experience. At this price point, I expected a much higher standard of guest care and service.

Would come back! Lovely hotel

Hostess Diana was lovely and the bartender italian guy also very professional one
Room is very good

Cons:

The day I arrived there was the loudest event with DJ’s and lots of people making extremely loud noises untill after 11pm. Don’t think it is appropriate to accomodate such a loud event right underneath the hotel rooms

Found our place in Miami!
Pros:

Location was fabulous, beautiful neighborhood, the art work and theming of the hotel - Art Deco with a touch of whimsy. The art is very cool, but the hotel itself is a work of art in its own right. We stayed in a room called “the secret” which had the nicest hotel bathroom we have ever seen including a soaking tub and Japanese toilet. We picked this hotel for cleanliness and it did not disappoint! Forget all of this though, the staff here are incredible and full of joy. All smiles, beyond helpful, extra little touches like a welcome letter, turn down service etc. There is a Michelin star restaurant on property but my husband and I had ordered room service and that food was phenomenal! There is also a private club that if you are staying you are able to use and an entire floor dedicated to work spaces if you need it! No need to look anywhere else in Miami again - this place is the bees knees!

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the property!
