Très proche de la plage, bien situé.

Cons:

Notre chambre était grande et spacieuse, mais deux fenêtres n’avaient pas de volets pour les fermer. Le soleil entrait donc pleinement dès 5 h du matin

le gerant, Stefan est tres serviable et commercant ainsi que le personnel

Cons:

le parking est payant a raison de 15 euros par jour, pas de place de parking a proximite. le sauna est payant 10 euros par personne pour une heure, ce n etait pas mentionne. l equipement autour de la piscine est vieux, les parasoles en mauvais etat. les serviettes a la piscine sont depareillees et semble etre de la recuperation. le petit dejeuner est plus que basic, monotone sans changement d un jour a l autre. nous sommes arrives le matin vers 9h, la moindre des choses etait de nous offrir un cafe ou petit dejeune. pas de loby , pas d endroit ou laisser nos valises jusqu a reception de la chambre, pas de possibilite de boire quelque chose , la " buvette" est fermee . c' est une pension de famille pas un hotel 4 etoiles.

Very disappointing stay. Not value for money and surely overpriced.
Pros:

Only the sea view.

Cons:

Room lacked many things including a safe and water bottles. TV didn’t work. Insects in the room. Breakfast was served in a small humid and smelly room with people working in the place sitting to eat with guests and loud shouting by some guest families with no intervention from staff. Had to carry the luggage on high stairs during check-in and check-out. Not close to Budva or a bus station.

Overall it's a very nice hotel: location, room, clean pool, green and causy territory

Cons:

Minor notes: Reception was not always reachable from the room phone – no instruction which number and how to dial; greens and vegetables were sometimes partially spoiled but the breakfast was very good overall. Coffee was instant in coffee machine but for the money we paid it was okey to have it like that, Umbrellas by the pool are broken

There is no concierge available after midnight for guest check-in.
Pros:

Staff was great.

Cons:

There is no check in after midnight. The policy states they charge you after midnight but there is actually no concierge overnight. They will only wait an hour max. If you are arriving late it’s not the best choice.

apartament - zgodny z opisem, duże przestronne pokoje, własna prywatna altanka, taras, - można powiedzieć jakby swój domek w apartamentowcu

Brak internetu wifi przez prawie 4 dni, zepsuty telewizor w salonie ( nam był niepotrzebny bo pogoda dopisała- ale dla innych lokatorów może być potrzebny).
