Wunderschöner Ausblick
Pros:

Preis-Leistung war super. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Zimmer recht groß. Schöne Anlage. Wow-Effekt beim Betreten ins Zimmer, sehr hell und viel Sonnenlicht aufgrund der vielen Fenster. Ich fand es sehr schön!

Грязь, муравьи, запах и шум лично нам совершенно испортили впечатление, было некомфортно здесь жить.

Cons:

В середине марта было ужасно холодно при заезде, мы весь первый день прогревали помещение. Далее жили только с постоянно включенными на тепло кондиционерами.

Посуда грязная (с засохшими остатками еды), чайник то ли грязный, то ли со сгоревшим дном. Стаканы для полоскания рта завернуты в пакетики, но под ними они грязные. Стакан для щеток ужасно грязный. Стены в пятнах, потолочный плинтус в ванных комнатах почти оторвался и висит над головой. Всё очень старое и уставшее. Пахнет сигаретами в номере, вся одежда пропахла.

В последние сутки нашего проживания в одной из комнат сильно пахло фекалиями (перед этим мужчины что-то делали в люке на улице). Потом весь вечер и всю ночь у кого-то сверху текла вода, было очень шумно. Утром перед отъездом мы обнаружили рядом с диваном кучу кишащих муравьев (до этого их было штук 10, а тут просто целый муравейник).

Вход в отель находится на магистрали сразу после поворота. Мы пытались позвонить на рецепцию, чтобы уточнить, туда ли мы прибыли, потому что само здание в привычном виде там отсутствует. Только ворота, вход и лифт. По одному телефону нам сказали, что не знают сербский язык. По второму никто не ответил. Потом они перезвонили, и мы попали внутрь. До лифта нужно спускаться по лестнице (имейте в виду, если много чемоданов т.д.), после лифта тоже лестница вниз до номеров и потом до моря. До моря дорога по задам ресторанов, там часто стоят тарелки с остатками еды и припаркованы машины, между которыми нужно протискиваться. Спуск к морю не самый удобный, но пляж хороший (галька + песок, довольно чисто).

Вид на море в номере почти отсутствует (деревья загораживают), но сверху на магистрали вид шикарный. Вайфай работает с перебоями. В дальней спальне вообще не работает, не дотягивает роутер из-за квадратуры.

Персонал приветливый (кажется, турецкий), но часто отсутствует на рецепции и не подходит к телефону. Ближе к вечеру рецепция просто закрывается - и всё.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Geräumiges großes Appartement, super sauber. Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig, aber durch die sehr dichte Bebauung notwendig und nicht überteuert. Das Frühstück war ich sehr umfangreich.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu erwähnen.

Cons:

Isınma sistemi çok rahatsız edici bir ses çıkarıyor. Gece boyunca dinlemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Deniz manzarası kısıtlı.

Odalar temizdi ve her gün temizleniyordu. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve doyurucu.

Cons:

Odalarda terlik yok. Otopark ücretli (günlük 10 eur) ve otel konumu dolayısıyla otopark dışında bir yere park etme şansınız yok çünkü otoban gibi bir yolun kenarında.
