The employee was kind. The room condition was quite good and clean. I asked for additional bottled water and they gladly provided.
I checked in at night, and we had to get into the building through a dark underground parking lot looks like a construction site. There was no view at all via the window and they brought breakfast to my room as there was no cafeteria in the building. Overall, the price was reasonable, and the room itself was nice and clean, but you cannot expect any view or fancy lobby (It seems that hotels of a similar class in that area were also quite similar to that one though).

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. A view of the pyramids. Not too far from the airport. They give you an opportunity to add tours and excursions with friendly drivers and informed guides. The lunch on the tour was very good. For breakfast, we chose the Egyptian breakfast and it was good. Bed was comfortable. Would return.
We couldn’t get the TV to show any channels but I forgot after the first day since I was only in the room to sleep. I spent most of the time exploring Egypt and I forgot to mention this to the staff so they probably could’ve fixed it. Anything mentioned or requested was easily answered and accommodated from staff.
A személyzetnek egy férfi tagja nagyon kedves volt. A gépünk késett elég sokat, de a sofőr megvárt minket, jó volt a reptéri transzfer.
SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM!!!!!
A lefoglalt szobát a fizetés után 1 nappal módosították, rosszabb szobát kaptunk. A szálloda kínált szervetett programokat magas áron és nagyon rossz minőségben (az idegenvezetőnk nem maradt velünk, mondott olyat, ami nem igaz, nem volt a legjobb az angol tudása.) Reggel és hajnalban is volt, hogy indokolatlanul bekopogott hozzánk a személyzet, ezzel felébresztve minket. A szállás egy nagy társasház 6.emeletén van, fölöttünk hajnali 1:30-kor még fúrtak, kalapáltak. Szintén hajnalban a személyzet a folyosón beszélgetetett eléggé hangosan. A reggelik nem mindig voltak megfelelő arányban elosztva, és 2-2.5 órát vártunk rá majdnem minden reggel. A reggelihez első nap nem kaptunk asztalt, széket pedig végig nem biztosítottak nekünk, így a földön kellett ennünk. Az egész szállodában 1 db hajszárító van (amit körbeadogatnak a szobák között), ami nem működik, illetve nincs mosógép sem. A recepció nagyon sokszor üresen volt hagyva, nem volt a hely sem figyelve, és nem tudtunk kérni dolgokat (pl. tusfürdő, víz, törölköző - amikből nem a megfelelő db számban kaptunk!) A szoba sosem volt takarítva. A személyzet valamennyi tagjával google fordítón kell beszélni, nem tudnak angolul. Szakadt törölközőket kaptunk, az ágynemű minden mozzanatra statikusan töltődött, ezzel folyamatos kisüléseket generálva (fényjelenséggel is járt és rázott az áram). A szobában nem volt használható ablak, nem volt természetes fény. A szálláson nincs zajszigetelés, minden behallatszik.
The staff is super kind person, will try to fulfill customers need, makes me feel very comfortable, , and the roof and room can have pyramids view, breakfast is also delicious !!

The hotel was spotless and incredibly quiet, the staff are super kind, and we were even given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise for our anniversary.
The breakfast was delicious to start the day right. The view of the pyramids from our room was breathtaking and truly the best. The hotel also arranged a tour for us to the Pyramids. Our guide, Marian she was exceptional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions about ancient Egyptian civilization with ease. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, they did their best to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable, Especially Hamada he booked for us a tour to the Pyramids and we enjoyed every single moment during our stay.

The place was clean, tidy and simple and the service was great and the host Mr / Mohammed was very cooperative and communicated with us during the stay and made a reservation 3 days were provided with transportation and free reception from the airport..

المكان كان نظيف و مرتب و بسيط و الخدمه كانت رائعه و المضيف الاخ / محمد كان جدا متعاون و يتواصل معانا خلال فتره الاقامه و عتد حجز 3 ايام تم توفير موصلات و استقبال مجاني من المطار..

بصراحة مكان رائع جدا وانصح الجميع فيه نظافة وتعامل راقي واهم حاجة اطلاله على الهرم وغرف مطله وقريبا جدا على السوق وبجانب كارفور يعني كل الي بتحتاجه بتلاقيه واحلى ما في المكان إدارته وخصوصا السيد محمد أنا اول مره ازور القاهره تركت بناتي الصغار في الفندق ونزلت السوق اشتري حاجات بصراحة امان وجو عائلي محصلش وأول ما تصل للفندق اسال عن السيد محمد حجزلي رحلات ارخص من مكاتب السياحه وبأسعار التذاكر الي بتنباع في معلم سياحي وكل يوم الصبح يسالك عن نوع الفطار الي عايزه يعني بصراحة شو ما كتبت بحقهم مقصر .
