I had a wonderful stay at Eyes of Egypt Pyramids View Boutique Hotel. The hotel is small and cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms. The balcony view of the pyramids is breathtaking and truly unforgettable.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The price is very reasonable for the location and the view. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Eye of Egypt Pyramid View Boutique Hotel is grossly misrepresented and should not be listed as a hotel at all.

The owner confirmed airport pickup and early check in, then never showed up and stopped responding completely, leaving us stranded at the airport at 5–6am after traveling overnight.

The location itself is extremely difficult to find because there are no signs at all indicating a hotel exists. It is on a very dirty street filled with garbage. You will know you are “there” only when you see an empty, unmarked doorway next to a pharmacy. There is nothing to indicate this is a hotel.

When we arrived, it became clear this is not a real hotel, but a residential apartment building. Airport staff and our taxi driver had never heard of it and warned us it might not exist. A man at the building admitted the photos online were fake and told us to trust that it would be nice on the sixth floor.

The building was unsafe and disturbing. Exposed electrical wires, cracked ceilings, damaged walls, and a strong smell of mold mixed with chemicals throughout. The elevator had no door, broken buttons, exposed wiring, and felt dangerous.

The so called “pyramid view” is a view of a parking lot. You do not see the pyramids.

The room itself is clearly a decorated apartment floor being passed off as a boutique hotel. There are no real hotel services. No cleaning service. No food. No kettle. No basic amenities. Do not expect anything you would normally receive from a hotel.

The smell alone should warn anyone what to expect. A heavy, choking odor of mold and chemicals that never goes away. The toilet never stopped running and was never fixed despite requests. The jacuzzi was dirty and unusable and the water never ran warm.

After begging us to stay “just one night,” the owner then attempted to charge us for two nights anyway. We had to involve police and Booking.com to recover our money.

This is false advertising, plain and simple.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel in Giza with a beautiful view of the Pyramids. The place was very clean, and the rooms were cozy and well-prepared. The staff were extremely cooperative and always ready to help with anything we needed.

They also did a great job organizing our tours, transportation, and car arrangements. The drivers were professional, friendly, and made every trip smooth and safe. The service overall was excellent.

What mattered most to me was the room and the hospitality. Even though the hotel is located in a residential building and the surrounding area is a typical local neighborhood, I felt very relaxed and at ease during my stay. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and would highly recommend this place.

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well organized.
The view was absolutely amazing and made the stay extra special, especially in the morning and at sunset. A calm place with great cleanliness and a beautiful view.
Highly recommended.

A good budget choice with hard working and polite staff.
Pros:

This was a good budget stay, the staff was very attentive and polite, and the room and facilities were clean and well kept. The manager was very communicative and instantly answered questions and concerns. Good view of the pyramids.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a very noisy part of the city and the entrance was hard to find when we arrived late at night. Fortunately our driver didn't leave us until he was sure we were safely inside. As two women traveling alone, we would not feel safe walking around the hotel unaccompanied.

Posizione strategica per vedere le piramidi. Una volta arrivati al piano dell'hotel, la struttura è completamente nuova. Lo staff è super disponibile ed estremamente cordiale. La.colazione in camera molto buona. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare le nuove camere con jacuzzi. Le abbiamo potute visitare e vale la pena!

Cons:

Purtroppo il rumore dalla strada si sente, ma la maggior parte degli hotel a Giza si trovano su strade principali molto trafficate. La pulizia delle camere non perfetta.
