Pros:

Die Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Dachterrasse, gratis Kaffee und Wasser

Ich würde wieder buchen.
Pros:

Super Lage mitten im Nachtleben des Viertels Exarchia (wo es auch tagsüber viel zu erleben gibt).
Mega freundliches Personal, Rooftop ist toll zum chillen und Yoga machen.
Es gibt Nespresso Kaffee und Wasser so viel du willst.
Flasche Wein aufs Haus auch lecker und die Option eine Pentax Kamera auszuleihen ist auch cool.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist gegenüber im Cafe und jeden Tag gleich: etwas Toast, Käse, Wurst, Joghurt mit Granola, O-Saft und Kaffee. Mehr Abwechslung wäre toll. Das Personal ist jedoch super nett und der Saft immerhin frisch gepresst und lecker!
Nachts ist es wirklich laut und bei offenem Fenster schlafen leider unmöglich - aber das wusste man ja im Voraus, wenn man die Bewertungen gelesen hat. Einfach Ohropax mitnehmen - wäre toll, wenn es diese im Zimmer bereits gäbe.

Excellent séjour!
Pros:

Le personnel est hyper attentionné. La chambre était très fonctionnelle. Le rapport qualité-prix est impeccable et le rooftop est juste parfait!

Cons:

Le seul bémol : notre chambre était au troisième étage et on entendait beaucoup les bruits venant de la rue.

Wspaniałe miejsce, żeby poczuć Ateny!
Pros:

Personel super pomocny, uśmiechnięty, kontakt bardzo sprawny i szybki - zarówno przez booking, whatsapp, jak i osobiście na miejscu. Wspaniały taras z pięknym designem, jacuzzi, z widokiem na Ateny. Duży wybór darmowych, smakowych kaw na recepcji, woda, a nawet darmowe piwo. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie, z balkonem do wypicia kawy z widokiem. Hotel nie jest najnowszy, ale jest odświeżony, pokoje są odmalowane i mają bardzo przyjemny design. W pokoju jest ekspres do kawy, woda uzupełniana codziennie, butelka wina i moctaile na przywitanie. Jest też miejsce na ubrania, ręczniki, przybory toaletowe. Suszarkę dostałam także od dziewczyn z recepcji :). Obiekt położony w dzielnicy pełnej street art-u i lokalnego folkloru, dość alternatywnej, ale pełnej życia i barów oraz restauracji. Słyszałam negatywne opinie na temat okolicy placu Omonia, ale nie widziałam niczego, co powodowałoby niepokój. Do wszystkich atrakcji chodziliśmy pieszo. Za tę cenę hotel przewyższył moje oczekiwania!

Cons:

Na ulicy jest życie, więc słychać odgłosy z barów i restauracji - dla osób o delikatnym śnie polecam w weekend zatyczki. Łazienka jest mała, ale dla mnie nie było to problemem :).

Good value for money with great staff, but noisy location and disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (Friday - Monday). The hotel is located in Omonia, which is a part of the greater city centre of Athens, and the main city centre is easily reachable by metro from Omonia station. Hotel is around a 10-minute walk from the Omonia metro station. The check-in process was easy and quick. The hotel offers good value for money. There is an unlimited option to make your own coffee, which we really liked. There were loads of types of coffee capsules, so everyone can find what they want. There is also an unlimited option to draw beer and take a bottle of water. In the room, there was a fridge and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The receptionists were very nice and always ready to help with finding a good place to eat, hang out, or buy souvenirs. The rooftop with jacuzzi and great view is also amazing.

Cons:

There were a few step-backs. Since Omonia is a location with lots of bars and places where young people hang out, weekends are noisier and we had some trouble sleeping. This is not the hotel’s fault, and we were aware of the location. Regarding the room, it was well cleaned and maintained every day. The bed was OK, but the double bed was very small. The bathroom size was smaller, but the shower was extremely small. It was really uncomfortable to shower in such a small area. This can be very inconvenient for taller people. There was also no TV in the room. We really did not like the breakfast. The hotel does not have its own place for breakfast; you receive a voucher from the receptionist and go to the coffee shop across the street. In this coffee shop, you get the exact same breakfast every single day: one slice of poor-quality ham, one slice of cheese, one slice of toast bread, and yoghurt. Our table was always dirty from previous customers, and the staff were slow, so we had to wait a long time for breakfast. It is definitely not worth paying for this.

Highly recommend for a few nights stay
Pros:

Exceptional place, truly, if you are staying for only a few nights in Athens and you want to be close to the majority of sights this place is for you, room size is more than enough, staff is very nice and helpful, and you will be definitely amazed by the rooftop. We had no issues during the night on our way back to the hotel so wouldn't say it's not safe, actually police were standing near the hotel entrance armed to the teeth each night while we were there. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Only downside is the noise from the streets, the neighbourhood is full of pubs and cafes so you will hear the nightlife through closed windows, but if you are tired enough you will be able to sleep so no big issue. Or you can just use some earplugs. Maybe not the best choice for families with smaller kids but definitely a plus for younger people looking for nightlife activites.

Polecam hotel z uwagi na czystość, miły personel i dobrą lokalizację.
Pros:

Hotel zlokalizowany w bliskiej odległości od stacji Omonoia (10 minut spacerem). Pokój wygodny, bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątany oraz wymieniane ręczniki. W pokoju lodówka, ekspres do parzenia kawy, na życzenie czajnik, kubeczki. W cenie uzupełniany mini bar (napoje bezalkoholowe).
Na dachu taras z jacuzzi (szkoda, że nie było wody) z cudownym widokiem na wzgórze Lycabettus.
Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, estetycznie podane. Szkoda tylko, że był tylko 1 zestaw (bez możliwości wyboru).
Miła i pomocna obsługa, starająca się pomóc na każdym kroku.

Cons:

Mała łazienka, bez kabiny. Podczas brania prysznica podłoga w łazience była mokra.

Cool alternative hotel with killer roof top terrace
Pros:

Front desk staff were SO kind and helpful!! The roof deck with views of the Acropolis made my entire trip

la acogida sonriente y simpática de la chica; mi habitación con balcón en el último piso con vista y luz genial. Tener la nevera con bebidas, incl. vino, cafetera/tetera, todo incluido!

Cons:

quizá el cuarto de baño que es minúsculo ...más por decir algo , no tiene I mm importancia

Convenience on a Budget
Pros:

The breakfast was good although served off site but close. Location is just a short walk from many major attractions and businesses. restaurants and markets. Staff were outstanding and really made our stay and experience worth coming back for.

Cons:

I think that for the value for money question, there's no doubt that the XandN hotel is up there in it's category with special attention given to customer interaction and service.

Pros:

Estaba todo muy limpio, buena ubicación y el desayuno, que se servía en un bar cercano, estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Se oye todo el ruido de la calle y está en una zona de fiesta, lo que hace muy difícil dormir, especialmente los fines de semana. Las habitaciones están peor conservadas de lo que se ve en las fotos. No nos habían avisado de que el desayuno era fuera del hotel.

Pas de couette, pas de tv, wifi qui marche de temps en temps , ma insonorisé.
Prise électrique ouvert dans la douche 🚿 👎
Petit déjeuner devais être compris dans le prix de la nuitée.
Il n'en avais pas appart un café.
Prix excessif pour cette prestation après avoir fait, plusieurs hôtel dans le centre d'Athènes.
Je tiens quand même, a préciser que l'accueil etait au top .

Pros:

stayed at this hotel for three nights,The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly kind,Professional, helpful, and welcoming. The balcony had an amazing view, and the location was perfect with easy access to everything in the city. No matter how much I say, it’s still not enough. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. They truly made my birthday more memorable.
