Disappointing stay
Pros:

Exarcheia can appear like a "dodgy" area to tourists I think because of all of the street art/graffiti & alternative vibes & political focus, but it's actually very cool & interesting; I didn't once feel unsafe. I felt like the hotel was well-located.
Staff were very professional, smiley & friendly.
The hotel was clean, expected amenities provided & the room was pleasant, cozy & comfortable enough.
The rooftop with jacuzzis was pretty cool with amazing views however the weather was pretty terrible on the evenings, so I was unable to utilise this bonus feature.

Cons:

I was put in a room I didn't pay for - there was no double bed, no mountain views, no TV, all as advertised. Staff did offer to move the following day (it was a two-night stay) but I really couldn't be bothered with the hassle. It was disappointing to me to not get the room I paid for when I don't often fork out for a private room.
The shower was incredibly tiny & for a rather tall guy (6'1") there was barely any room to manoeuvre.
The street was somewhat noisy even though I was four floors up, but manageable.
Breakfast was also VERY disappointing & not as advertised - both days I picked option 1 of 2, which was pancakes, spreads, salmon... There was definitely no salmon either day. It was a pretty dry breakfast.
I wouldn't return, only because there were too many disappointments - please give people what they pay for & take salmon off the menu if you're not going to deliver.

Pros:

Very nice hotel with cool rooftop and nice staff. Close to the city center.

Cons:

Not so comfortable bed. But ok. What was terrible was breakfast which was served cold from the fridge in the paper boxes (?). We had breakfast included but we used it only once and even that we didn’t finish it. Also the neighborhood of the hotel is not so safe - there are police officers all day staying on the corners because of the demonstrations which are often. Nothing bad happened to us but for someone should be useful info.

Pulizia impeccabile, gentilezza dello staff e terrazza magnifica... peccato per la colazione!
Pros:

Posizione in quartiere comodo al centro, tante opzioni per pranzi/cene nei dintorni a buon mercato. Pulizia impeccabile, letto comodissimo. Lo staff sempre molto gentile, acqua e caffè gratis sempre a disposizione. Bellissima terrazza panoramica.

Cons:

Veramente molto male la colazione (già comunicato allo staff). Il servizio in camera con i box preconfezionati per me bocciatissimo. Pochissima possibilità di scelta (c'erano tre menù preconfezionati), 80% del cibo cestinato. Suggerisco di tornare alla modalità precedente di colazione con convenzione in qualche bar della zona.

Piccola nota a sfavore: area molto rumorosa per via dei locali, basta attrezzarsi con tappi e la cosa si risolve facilmente.

Amazing hotel with a rooftop!
Pros:

Everything was amazing! Friendly staff, Nespresso coffee machine with free coffee, free water, rooftop with a hot tub and amazing views, breakfast in your room, balcony

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It is so incredibly small that I could barely fit in, move and take a comfortable shower.

Pros:

The hotel was easy to reach from the metro station, in a quirky area of town surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. The room was basic but had everything that we needed; a nice touch was the drinks in the fridge being included in the price and there was a coffee bar downstairs again included in the price. We had to check out very early in the morning and the staff were so helpful and even organised breakfast to be delivered to the room the night before so we didn’t miss out. We didn’t get to spend any time on the rooftop due to the weather but went up there to look around and it looked lovely. Would recommend and stay again

Hat den Erwartungen entsprochen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Rooftop ist wirklich fein. Das Getränkekonzept (Wasser, Kaffee und Bier gratis in der Lobby) habe ich so noch nicht gekannt, war aber sehr gut. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich hellhörig, die Matratze müsste dringend getauscht werden und das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.
