Pros:

Good clean easy hotel in good location. Free tea and coffee in reception. Close to main square

Cons:

Staff have their Eastern European charm. Nb. Taxis can't enter that part of the city so difficult with baby, baggage.

The location was excellent, the hotel was clean & tidy & staff friendly

Cons:

The bath was not slip free. There was nothing to make it safe to stand up in. There were no additional plug sockets to charge devices, the only ones availvable were for the tv and lamp.

The beds arent very comfortable, thin mattress and firm bed. Could do with mattress topper for a bit more comfort

Location. Rooms good size. The fact that you get drinking water in rooms every day

Cons:

The parking totally over priced. We had 2 terrible nights with little sleep from noise coming from the room above us. The person was walking around from 3am with high shoes moving furniture opening and closing cupboards.

Vynikající lokalita, pár kroků na náměstí, z okna výhled na věže kostela, přitom kllidné prostředí. Snídaně byla skvělá, bohatá a pestrá.

Odpovídá hotelu ***, chybí minibar - jen prázdní chladnička, bar jen v recepci - vypadá jako nouzové řešení, zcela chybí wellness/fitness .

Parkování v garáži pod sousedícím hotelem CAMPANILE PRIME Krakow Old Town předražené -
v hotelu CAMPANILE PRIME stojí 120 zl/den, v hotelu H 12 180zl/den. Dodatečně jsem zjistil, že na stránkách Booking je informace o ceně 160zl/den. Cena 360 zl za parkování za 2 noci - cca 2000 Kč odpovídá 1 noci v hotelu ***.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 minutos de la calle principal. El personal, muy atento. Las habitaciones, correctas y el desayuno, bastante bueno

Cons:

Para ser un 4 estrellas, necesita algo más de mantenimiento (la ducha no cerraba bien, el secador funcionó 5 minutos y ya no volvió a hacerlo más...)

Wonderful hotel, perfect location!
Pros:

Service with a smile! We were welcomed, even though we were earlier than planned. The room was already prepared, complimentary water, slippers, teas and coffees. The breakfast was exceptional, huge breakfast buffet, even smoked salmon (I was happy!) ideal location too and we were minutes from to train station and Krakow main square too! All in all, I’d stay here again, no question.
