Чисто и на удобно място, с много любезен персонал.
Pros:

Закуската е разнообразна по избор на клиента от менюто. това са палачинки, гофрети, сандвичи, кроасани - по избор. Местоположението на хотела е на много добро място в стария център на града. Непосредствено срещу хотела е най-голямата библиотека на краков и един театър.

Nasz pobyt w tym aparthotelu w Krakowie był po prostu wspaniały!

Szczególne podziękowania należą się Pani Ewie i Pani Ani – administratorkom obiektu. To osoby o najwyższym profesjonalizmie, niezwykle miłe, serdeczne i gościnne. Zawsze bardzo szybko odpowiadały na wiadomości, udzielały jasnych i wyczerpujących wyjaśnień oraz służyły pomocą w każdej kwestii. Czuć, że naprawdę dbają o komfort swoich gości i są prawdziwymi profesjonalistkami w swoim fachu.

Apartament znajduje się w samym centrum miasta – lokalizacja idealna, wszystko w zasięgu spaceru. Sam pokój był w doskonałym stanie: perfekcyjnie czysty, bardzo komfortowy, z pięknie dobranymi meblami i stylowym designem. Wnętrze było przytulne, estetyczne i świetnie wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia.

To była prawdziwa przyjemność spędzić tam noc. Z ogromną chęcią wrócimy ponownie i z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy ten aparthotel każdemu, kto ceni komfort, styl i wysoki poziom obsługi.

What an amazing stay
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing Eva and Ania so lovely and so kind they had our room decorated for our anniversary. From we arrived until we left so helpful and friendly the room was absolutely amazing and so comfortable and tidy and so clean. When we left we were given a beautiful bag of chocolates as a thank you, so kind also the cafe linked on the staff were amazing ❤️ such a beautiful place definitely recommend
