Att inte kunna lägga sig i sängen från två sidor. Svårt att krypa upp om man är äldre. Ena köksstolen trasig som hade kunnat gå sönder om man satt på den. Att det inte fanns ngt att köpa utöver frukost som var mycket torftigt. T ex en automat med drick, nötter, godis mm.

Frukosten var väl det enda som var något att säga om. Ett konferensrum där man ställt in enklare frukost.
Men med tanke på priset på hotellet så tycker jag inte att det drar ned på betyget något nämnvärt.

Lite liten säng för två personer. Frukosten var väldigt begränsad och enkel, vet inte om vi kom sent men det fanns inte mycket att välja på. Matsalen ganska litet så det vart trångt och lite bullrigt.

Frukosten var dålig andra dagen. Fattades mörkt bröd. Fylldes på sakta och ganska dåligt med både mat och glas

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had – unacceptable from start to finish

I have never in my life written a review or gone through the effort of sharing an experience like this, but what happened here forced me to.

I booked my stay via Booking.com with the option to pay at the property. I arrived around midnight after a long trip, only to discover there was no parking available except a single electric-only spot. I contacted the hotel for assistance, and the response I received was shockingly indifferent — I was simply told “I don’t know,” with no attempt to help or offer any solution.

I then had no choice but to park 1.6 km away and walk back in the cold, late at night.

When I finally reached the hotel entrance, I found the door locked. I called again and reached the same staff member, who was barely audible, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist. Despite clearly explaining multiple times that I had a valid reservation and was standing outside in freezing conditions, I was still refused entry.

Instead of being helped, I was told I must complete an online payment process before being allowed inside. This meant standing outside in the cold, physically shaking, in serious discomfort, and entering my full card details manually on my phone. This situation was not only unreasonable — it was completely unacceptable and lacking basic human consideration.

Only after completing the payment was I finally able to enter.

Unfortunately, the situation inside was no better:
- The room was extremely cold, with a freezing floor
- The bathroom floods easily when showering, with no proper tools to clean it
- The towels were old and worn out
- The fridge was completely empty — not even water, snacks, tea, or coffee were available
- I specifically booked a room with a balcony, but was given one without

To be absolutely clear: this is not about money. I am more than willing to pay for quality, comfort, and proper service.

Litet frukostsortiment och det var svårt att få sittplats. Det var inte värt pengarna att boka frukost.
