Gute Lage und freundlicher Service, aber deutliche Abstriche bei Sauberkeit und Lärmisolation.
Pros:

Schönes Hotelzimmer in sehr guter Lage – Bars, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip grundsätzlich gut geeignet.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft waren eingetrocknete Urinflecken auf der WC-Brille sowie Flecken auf einem Kissen, das Zimmer wirkte nicht richtig gereinigt.
Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig – Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus klangen, als wären die Leute direkt im Zimmer, und auch von draussen war es laut.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal y la insonorización. La cama era muy cómoda y el sofá cama también. Volvería a repetir en este hotel, sin duda.

Cons:

El ascensor es pequeño, aunque para nosotros no fue ningún problema. No disponen de servicio de desayuno, aunque en la esquina contraria se pueden comprar croissants, napolitanas, etc muy recomendables.

All in all satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

Very walkable to all places to see within the city center

Cons:

I did not know that we could open the window for fresh air. Quiet hot inside the room, so it’s quiet stuffy inside.
I just discovered it that it was possible to open the window a day before i checked out. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location and the staff were very friendly and accomodating.
