Ok for a night
Pros:

The hotel is close to the train station. Clean interconnecting room with large bathroom and separate toilet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Room was bare and uninviting. Entrance located in a shopping passage.

Convenient for train station but doesn't live up to the listing photos
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located right by the train station which made it super easy for our travel. The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was painlessly fast. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

When arriving at the hotel, we were surprised to find the entrance was inside a shopping arcade and surrounded by unsavoury characters that made us feel a little unsafe.

We felt even more unsafe, when coming out of our room to see a group of 4/6 police officers escorting a unruly, shouting man into, what we think, were the toilets of the hotel reception. While we know this isn't the hotel's fault, it is a reflection on the area I think is important to showcase, especially if you're thinking about booking this hotel with small children.

The breakfast was also unfortunately quite disappointing and featured the worst coffee I had in Italy.

I would say, the photos make the hotel seem very vintage-luxury, however we didn't unfortunately experience this.

Good value stay and well locate
Pros:

Pisa, das war es!
Pros:

das Personal war sehr freundlich und wirklich sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Die Lage am Bahnhof gibt einem wirklich kein gutes Gefühl - die Zimmer sind über den Old school Standard schon drüber - und das viel gelobte Frühstück in einem Saal ohne Fenster habe ich leider nicht gefunden - gruselig😂

Pros:

Det första som mötte oss var den fantastiska receptionen – röd marmor, pelare, trappor, en balkong och en stor flygel. Det kändes nästan som att kliva rakt in i en film från 50-talet, med en härlig gammaldags charm!

Rummet var enkelt och ganska slitet, men sängarna var helt fantastiska! Både madrasser och kuddar i memory foam och vi sov otroligt gott.

Det allra bästa var ändå servicen. Vi behövde åka till flygplatsen innan frukosten öppnade, och personalen ordnade frukostpåsar åt oss som vi kunde hämta tidigt på morgonen. De hjälpte oss dessutom väldigt engagerat med att få tag på en taxi till flygplatsen, vilket inte var helt enkelt så tidigt på morgonen. Väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam personal!

Cons:

Hotellet var lite svårt att hitta eftersom entrén ligger ganska anonymt i en passage nära centralstationen. Utifrån ser det inte mycket ut för världen.

Rummet var väldigt enkelt, ganska slitet och saknade egentligen all form av mysig inredning. Duschen var tyvärr under all kritik och skulle verkligen behöva fräschas upp. Hotellet i stort har en charmig gammaldags känsla, men vissa delar känns mer slitna än charmiga och skulle må bra av en uppdatering.

Very comfortable and with all the needed perks
Pros:

I had a bicycle tour planned. The team was very kind to let me store my bicycle in their storage and give me access when I needed it. Breakfast was great with a good amount of variety. Having a room with an ac really made the difference for recovering from the jet lag.

Convenient lodging close to the Pisa train station
Pros:

Convenient to the Pisa Centrale station and the inner city. a short 25 min walk to the Tower.

Cons:

We had a nice room (625) with plenty of space. Unfortunately, it was around 90F and the AC unit in the bedroom just wasn’t working. The staff was very responsive in providing a fan to help us sleep more comfortably. We left too early to try their breakfast.
