Pros:

Vi sov här i en natt för att ta ett tidigt tåg. Bra service vid sen incheckning och tidig utcheckning. Nära stationen vilket var väldigt bra i vårt fall.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

The hotel's location is ideal, being right next to the train station and within easy reach of local attractions. Everything was clean, comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable

I would definitely stay here again because of the excellent location

Cons:

There were a few issues with the room that affected my stay.

The shower water never got hot, and there was water leaking from the air conditioning unit. Soundproofing was also quite poor—you could hear almost everything from the rooms on either side, even when other guests weren't being disruptive. Noise from people walking and talking in the corridors was also very noticeable, which made it difficult to sleep.

Unfortunately, the fridge hadn't been cleared before we arrived, as it still contained food and drinks left by the previous guests.

Easy walk from station.
The breakfast was plentiful and varied
Staff were lovely
Clearly once a grand hotel

Cons:

Some used tissues on the bedroom floor. Noise from neighbours in next room.

No es lo que esperaba
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está cerca del centro y al lado de la estación de trenes por lo que es muy cómodo para moverse. El personal fue muy amable.La cama es muy cómoda.

Cons:

Las habitaciones y todas las instalaciones en general son muy antiguas y está en mal estado, las fotos no hacen ninguna referencia al estado real del lugar.

Overall for the price I don’t really think you can complain.
Pros:

The ladies at reception were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and as described.

Cons:

The wifi was not great in our room. The aircon worked but it was still quite hot in the room - it seemed to struggle to cool the room down however it was very hot when we were in Pisa.

Great location

Cons:

Breakfast was awful. Room and hotel lacked facilities. This is an old tired hotel which is about to be refurbished and it needs it. Not good value to stay there at the moment but there is not much choice in Pisa!
