Worse experience ever
Pros:

Nothing. I left the apartment the same night and raised a complained with booking.com that it is a different apartment than the one I booked.

Cons:

Window was broken. Smelled smoking inside. You could hear the cars outside clearly. It is a different apartment than the one advertised. There is no gym as advertised. There is no breakfast restaurant as advertised. I send a cancellation request to booking.com the same night and I check in a different hotel. Worse place and worse host ever. I sent even videos and photos to booking.com and they encouraged me to write a review. Here is the reply from booking.com

"I went through your whole case and I even investigated into it further, and it's really sad that instead of enjoying your stay at moments rooms you had this experience, we even raised a complaint from Booking.com to the property, but they rejected to compensate you.

Please understand that as a 3rd party who remains neutral, Booking.com can ultimately commit a property to offer a compensation but it depends on the property approval as they are the service provider.

Hence, we have contacted my superiors to get you compensation, we refunded you a good will gesture from Booking.com for the amount of 103.74 EUR and this is the maximum we could offer. If this was in my hands, I would have refunded the money in full for sure. Sorry again if this caused you any stress. We invite you to leave a review on the basis of your experience on our website. We really appreciate having you as our dear loyal guest with Booking.com."

Not the apartment I booked!
Pros:

The apartment was very quite and the bed was very good. The heating worked very well as well as the shower. Towels were clean. A lot of blankets and pillows were provided which is really appreciated. TV program is very good. Parking place was provided. The location is great as very near to bus and the Galerija Beograd shopping center.

Cons:

This was not the apartment I booked (not the one on the pictures) it was much smaller. I did not appreciate that there was not even coffee or tea and the kettle was dirty and the fridge inside as well. No kitchen towel. Only hand soap was provided in the bath room, no shower soap or shampoo, no amenities. The shower should get a deep cleaning against mould and lime and the shower rod should be re-installed as it seems it was installed but broken. The curtains are not fixed properly. The electrical socket is hanging out of the wall.I would not book again.

Bilderna stämmer inte överens med boendet. Lägenheten såg inte alls ut som någon av bilderna. Lägenheten ligger inte heller på den angivna adressen, väl på plats blev vi skickade till en annan adress än den angivna på booking med en 2 timmar senare incheckning. Väldig otrevlig hyresvärd. Påstod att det va omöjligt för dem att ge oss en lägenheterna från bilderna då de har över 70 lägenheter som hyrs ut via denna annons.

Pros:

Location was perfect in the new part of Belgrade. Apartments were brand new, literally. Staff was really helpful with everything and didn't have any trouble with all the questions I had :).

Cons:

Начнем с того, что адрес в броне не соответствует реальному расположению апартаментов, повезло, что нас встречал друг в Сербии и помог с поиском «апартаментов» в час ночи. Квартира была грязная, постельное бельё не поменяно от предыдущих жильцов, как и мусор оставленный в вёдрах. Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь.

Nothing was good about this accommodation.
The reserved accommodation was not as in the picture, completely different without the things that were indicated as if they owned.
The bedding and the apartment were dirty and untidy.
