Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht englisch. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Über den direkten Zugang zur Promenade am Mekong ist man zu Fuss in 15 bis 20 Minuten bei Restaurants und dem Markt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas zu klein geraten. Der Zugang von/zur Promenade ist nicht gesichert und der Zustand für ein Hotel mit diesem Anspruch maximal unprofessionell.

A fantastic new hotel with beautiful Mekong views and excellent service
Pros:

So pleased I found this excellent new hotel. Loved the fantastic views of the Mekong, the quality rooms, a great night's sleep three nights running and very helpful staff. The hotel was able to arrange transport for me at short notice to explore the province and I was able to borrow a bike for free from the hotel to explore the lovely town. I rarely rate places 10 out of 10 but I have no hesitation for LePont.

Stay away!
Cons:

They had only opened a few months before and no one knew what they were doing. The staff were drinking a lot because there were very few customers but it was as if they had never been trained or worked inh the service industry before.

Comfortable hotels with lovely views.
Pros:

Good location. Good sized room and nice bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. On site spa with a selection of treatments.

Cons:

The light switches and other electrical switches are not connected property so unable to use master switch, do not disturb and make up room indicators. The safe is not bolted to the bottom of the drawer so can easily be picked up!!
