Gavome nuorodą su neteisingai nurodytu kambario numeriu/kodu. Kambaryje vonia buvo užsikimšusi, trūko rankšluoščių. 2 metų todleriui buvo palikta kūdikio/naujagimio lovelė. Televizorius kambaryje rodė tik reklamas, neįmanoma įjungti netflix ar kitų programų vaikams. Viešbutis neturėjo vaikiško naktinio puoduko. Pusryčiai buvo nevalgomi.

Pros:

The rooms were warm cozy and spacious with fluffy bedding. It's very well situated with at least three major Tram stops very close to the hotel. The old town is a short walking distance and there is a large shopping mall nearby. The breakfast was good with freshly made eggs sausages and crepes. Value for money.

Cons:

It needs a bit of maintenance and the fact that after 7(I think) the property is managed remotely makes it a bit unnerving if you run into a problem let's say at 22:30 and you don't really like calling someone at that time. Also for the same reason if you need to check out before 9 in the morning you need to make sure you settle everything the afternoon before.

OCZEKIWANIA KONTRA RZECZYWISTOŚĆ
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja! Właściwie pod drzwiami obiektu znajduje się przystanek, z którego można dotrzeć do centrum (lub przejść się spacerkiem). W bliskiej odległości dworzec, w okolicy znajdują się sklepy i restauracje. Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu, ale na przeciwko znajduje się prywatny parking, gdzie z powodzeniem można zostawić samochód.
Z plusów to niestety tyle.. Ocena 2 jest i tak zawyżona, ale bardzo doceniam lokalizację i widzę potencjał w tym miejscu, tylko szkoda, że nikt o nie należycie nie dba.

Poczułam się zwyczajnie oszukana. Zdjęcia na booking a to, co zastaliśmy to OCZEKIWANIA KONTRA RZECZYWISTOŚĆ. Nie otrzymaliśmy informacji, że nasz pokój znajduje się.. na zewnątrz (trzeba wyjść bocznymi drzwiami na piętrze). Zanim otrzymaliśmy pomoc z recepcji, kilka razy wjeżdżaliśmy windami. Po zameldowaniu.. no cóż. Pokój ciemny (na zdjęciach tak nie wyglądał), miał zaledwie jedno OKIENKO. Łazienka wołała o pomstę do nieba. Na pierwszy rzut oka czysto, jednak po dokładnym obejrzeniu - grzyb i brud. Dywany brudne, że aż strach chodzić po nich boso. Rozumiem „napuchnięte” futryny, z pewnością ich wymiana to nie jest mały koszt, ale karcher na dywany i ogarnięcie grzyba i fug to chyba nie jest aż tak kosztowna sprawa. Deszczownica tak zagrzybiona, że leciała z niej brązowa woda. Pominę fakt, że pilot od tv nie miał wymienionych baterii (nie działał), a w recepcji już nikogo nie było. Meldunek na dwie osoby - jedna butelka wody (komiczna sytuacja). A śniadania.. TRAGEDIA. To, co jest na zdjęciach kompletnie NIE odzwierciedla rzeczywistości. Strasznie mały wybór, jedna pani, która musi ogarnąć całą salę (podziwiam!), więc długo trwa dołożenie pieczywa, wędlin itp. Pierwszego dnia były jogurty i resztka kremu czekoladowego, drugiego dnia nie dołożono już nawet jogurtów, a kremu czekoladowego nie było już wcale (stał pusty słoik). Przeszklony dach w miejscu, w którym podaje się śniadania jest tak brudny, że aż robi się niedobrze od patrzenia na niego. Nigdy nie poczułam się tak oszukana. Zdjęcia z booking powinny zniknąć i pojawić się takie, które realnie odzwierciedlają pokoje oraz śniadania. Żaluję, że do opinii mogę dodać wyłącznie 4 zdjęcia. Cena kompletnie nieadekwatna do oferowanych warunków.

Il letto era veramente molto comodo, la camera calda ed il personale molto attento e disponibile

Cons:

La doccia era molto piccola ed aveva un vetro che ne cospiva metà, quindi bisognava lavarsi all'angolo per limitiare l'uscita dell'acqua
