Pros:

Lokalizacja i duzy pokoj

Cons:

Sniadanie: Malo miejsca by spokojnie zjesc, duzo rzeczy (szklanki, sztuce, chleb, jajka) juz o 10 nie bylo. Obsluga w bardzo malej kuchni nie jest w stanie tego ogarnac w godzinie szczytu.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sauber, geräumige saubere Zimmer und freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Da kann man gerne

sehr gute Lage. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür (mehrere Linien). Zu Fuß zum Alter Markt 15-20 Minuten. Zimmer großzügig und ruhig ( Hinterhoflage). Mitarbeiterinnen freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Matratze sehr weich. Garderobenhaken fehlen. Bad beengt. Nachschub für das Frühstücksbüffet verbesserungsbedürftig.

Plusem była klimatyzacja, kiedy temperatura na zewnątrz sięgała 36-38 stopni.

Cons:

Posiadałem opcję wynajęcia pokoju hotelowego wraz ze śniadaniem. Specjalnie wybrałem tą opcję, dlatego, że mieliśmy mało czasu przed wyjazdem. Na miejscu zostałem poinformowany, że hotel nie zapewnia śniadań, a w zamian otrzymam zwrot poniesionych kosztów, pod warunkiem pozostawienia paragonu. Zgodnie z tą prośbą przekazałem paragon przed wyjazdem.
Od zakończenia mojego pobytu minęło ponad 2 tygodnie, nie otrzymałem jednak żadnej informacji dotyczącej statusu zwrotu ani przewidywanego terminu jego realizacji. Co więcej, wskazana przez obsługę hotelu kawiarnia, w której miałem zjeść śniadanie, okazała się nie współpracować z hotelem, co dodatkowo wzbudziło moje wątpliwości co do sposobu załatwienia tej sprawy.
Szczerze mówiąc, czuję się zlekceważony i wprowadzony w błąd.

Pros:

The location is perfect, and the room was spacious and cozy. However, there were a few issues during my stay. I found a dirty plate in my room, which may have been left by previous guests, and the pillow was very uncomfortable. The ventilation system was also quite noisy and hummed throughout the night, making it difficult for me to sleep. In addition, I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast and wouldn’t recommend paying extra for it.

The room had coffee cups but no teaspoons. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. We arrived about 1 hour and 20 minutes before the end of the breakfast service, but many of the food items had already run out and were not replenished. Some of the food, such as the salad, looked as though it had been left out since the previous day or had been sitting on the buffet for a very long time.

Расстояние от старого города

Cons:

1. При заселении возникли проблемы с заселением, а именно, не работал код, которым открывается дверь.
2. Никого не было на рецепции, никто не отвечал на телефон, который был написан внизу. После 40 мин. ожидания, когда наконец кто-то появился на рецепции на вопрос нам помочь, ответ поступил, что ресепшна должна быстро что-то закончить и тогда она прийдет нам помочь, что возмутило еще больше.
3. В номере был забит умывальник
4. Завтрак. Это отдельная катастрофа. Мы оплачивали завтрак, но так и не поели. Не нашли места, где присесть. Все столы были с грязной посудой и никто не убирался. Как в свинарнике. Еды, кроме омлета на 2 порции и пару нарезанных сосисок, не было.
В общем полный треш. Разочарованы очень.
Путешествуем мы много, останавливаемся в отелях, апартаментах и с таким сталкиваемся первый раз.

Apartment was very nice, modern and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the location of the apartment was very good. Staff was very kind and helpful!

Cons:

Our apartment had a leak in the roof that kept dripping onto our table, and we could not get the air conditioning to work no matter how much we tried.

Für einen Stadturlaub ok

Lage ist gut, 10 min Fußweg zur Altstadt, Bus und Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Zimmer waren ordentlich

Cons:

Eventuell 1 mal Zimmer Reinigung, vor allem Bad wünschenswert. Ausser die junge Dame mit den bunten Haaren wirkten die anderen an der Rezeption eher desinteressiert. Frühstück ist ganz ok, leider ist der Service dort überfordert. Ständig ist was leer und man muss nachfragen bis aufgefüllt wird. Leider fehlen Gläser um das angebotene Wasser oder Saft trinken zu können, es sei denn man trinkt gerne aus Tassen. Zu wenig Personal?

Convenient. Close to Old Town. Plenty of public transportation just outside the hotel. Safe area.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

I got to the breakfast room a few minutes after 7:00. Tables seemed undone from the day before. Very few options and some options were missing. The presentation of breakfast was very unappealing. Staff operating the breakfast seemed unfriendly. Although I had breakfast included in my room reservation I opted for breakfast somewhere else.

Udany pobyt z dobrą lokalizacją i ładnym pokojem.
Pros:

Ładny i nowoczesny, czysty pokój. Świetna lokalizacja blisko rynku. Obok dużo restauracji i sklepów.

Cons:

Brak parkingu ale obok jest, lecz drogi (65 zł. na dobę). Śniadanie bardzo dobre ale obsługa za mało podawała na raz i było sporo braków - trzeba było czekać.

Nemt at checke ind via kode til dør og værelse. God placering ift banegård og den gamle bydel - ikke langt at gå.
