Great location, comfy bed, lovely restaurant downstairs with the best steak!!!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Hotel room was nice and clean and perfect facilities.
A glass of bubbles on arrival also went down a treat.

Amazing stay right next to the beach

Simple, modern rooms in prime South Beach location
Pros:

Modern, clean and spacious rooms with palm tree views; excellent location; kind and friendly staff. Luggage storage is available as are the beach beds on the day of check out, incredibly useful when you’ve got a flight later in the day. I would absolutely stay here again

I was a little surprised at how early check out was (10am) — never stayed somewhere where it was so early

A decent small hotel in a lovely less touristy area of South Beach, still within easy reach of the main strip and shopping areas.
Great, friendly staff at front desk who were helpful when we requested a late check out - however we did have to pay extra for this.

Cons:

Not all rooms have balconies which is a shame.
Facilities are limited compared with other hotels in the area (no pool or gym), but this is reflected in the rate so we didn't find it an issue.
