Pros:

1. The location is perfect. The hotel is very close to almost all the tourist attrations! You can arrive on foot within 10 minutes. And it is very convenient to buy clothes, cometics and eat in popular restaurants.
2. The room is perfect. It is very worthy, the bathtub can contain two persons at the same time and there are two pillows in it that can make u comfortable. Two massage types can be selected.
3. The staff is very friendly. They keep in touch with u in whatsapp and give u guide if u are lost. Our fridge is hard to open in the second day, he helped us, very friendly.

Localisation exceptionnelle.
Chambre fonctionnelle avec petite attention très sympa. Une bouteille d’eau. Du café. Une bière.

Cons:

Attention ne pas se fier à son nom, c’est bien une chambre mais pas une suite.

Perfect location for a modern apartment in Athens
Pros:

This is a review for unit 203. The apartment was beautifully designed with everything new. There was lots of storage space for clothing, toiletries and general stuff. The huge hot tub was great to relax after a day exploring. Being on Ermou street everything was literally just outside the door but the windows face the back so there is not much noise in the unit. Finally the staff responded to any questions within minutes.

Cons:

Unit 203 backs onto the elevators so you would periodically hear the elevator motor in the unit. The other units don’t have that issue. The elevator are in the adjacent building so there are 6 stairs down to get to the units with your luggage.

The location

Cons:

If you're looking for a central hotel with constant noise from street music, early morning garbage collection, and church bells, then this place might be okay. Otherwise, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The rooms are also incredibly small, despite being modern. My 12-day stay was quite challenging. The hotel's layout is bizarre, more like a building with rooms scattered everywhere, lacking a grand entrance or central reception. On my floor, a travel agency's employees smoked right by the elevator, filling the area with cigarette smell. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. Plus, the three staircases outside attract all sorts of people at night, which can be a bit unsettling for a solo female traveler.

Cosy and ideal location as a private home base for your trip in Athens.

Location: Perfect location close to both walkable distance from Syntagma and Monstranaki station. Just on Ermou street which is the main walking street and shopping district in the city center.
Rooms: Daily room service provided and the cleaners helped me out a bit too.The rooms were cleaned well each day. Complimentary provided were generous, potentially more than what some 5 star hotels provide. Private apartment, so noise was minimal. One downside is there will be some outside noise you hear but that is part of the experience of shortfalls of being in a good location.
Facilities: Reception is from morning until 11pm daily. Not much facility outside just the rooms provided.
Staff: Excellent service and information provided by staff members at the reception floor 6. They will gladly provide tips and advice if you ask.

Cons:

Some outside noise at night due to bars opened until late night. There might be some clubs operating nearby as well.
There aren't many negatives.
