Very homey, clean. The staff are very welcoming.
Pros:

I loved the facilities and the food here. The staff are very helpful with any request you make. They set up bookings for you and help out whenever they can. The place is also very clean and welcoming.

Stay here for staff and location
Pros:

Great location, quiet yet close to markets and restaurants. Staff really lovely helpful and professional. Room beautiful and comfortable. Would stay here just for the staff alone they were all great.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty disappointing by Thai standards. Staff lovely, options poor and quality poor for food.

Pros:

It was a beautiful place to stay. Room was very nice .

Cons:

No bar, no laundry service or no restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was ok but not amazing. No much of concierge service. If you visit in Chiang Mai first time I would prefer some suggestions of things to do in town.

All the staff there were so kind and helpful and they even surprise us with lovely bed decoration since we told them we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary

Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons fréquenté à Chiang Mai
Pros:

Tout était parfait !
Le calme, le confort de la chambre, le déjeuner à la carte.
Le personnel très serviable et discret.
La piscine !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est le taxi qui nous a emmené à l'aéroport qui n'était pas conforme à ce que l'on espérait.
Une vieille voiture dans laquelles on a eu de la peine à mettre tous nos bagages.
A notre arrivée, c'était la navette de l'hôtel...

Un petit paradis sur terre, c’est simplement magnifique, les jardins, les cambres, la piscine. Tout est décoré avec goût et avec le sens du détail. Le calme est absolu.

We had a long stay (6 nights) and by the end the staff were like family.
Pros:

The staff, the location, the pool, the rooms, all were exceptional. I was on crutches due to an injury prior to holiday and they couldn't do enough for us - so caring and helpful, even had a wheelchair on site to help us get out.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, they have it perfect. The staff are so lovely, the pool area is just gorgeous and the rooms are so well kept.

Deserves to be a 5 star boutique hotel. Recommend getting the villa room with pool.
Pros:

Great location - within 3 minutes walking distance to Walking Street Sunday market and all the stores. Hotel complex is larger than appears from the street. Hotel is well designed w a mix of colonial and Thai design/decor and the feels like a small oasis within the old city. We had a villa room which is larger and comes w a private plunge pool - a bonus after a hot day walking around the city. The room felt airy with windows on 3 sides as well as a patio area. The room is well appointed with top quality furniture and materials - 5 star quality all around. Bathroom is large w a separate shower and bathtub as well as high tech toto toilet. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Aoy. Breakfast was à la carte (included in the hotel booking) and allows for 2 dishes per person which is more than enough. Variety of breakfast is v good considering not a buffet. We didn’t use but hotel offers bicycles to get around which is a nice touch.

Cons:

The gym is a bit small but has most of what you need including running machines, stationary bike, and dumbbells.
