We had a HVAC unit not working properly. We were moved to a different room in a timely fashion. Staff was responsive.

Pros:

This wasn’t our first stay at the Gilmore and it definitely won’t be our last! We love the staff at the hotel - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The a/c was acting up and they immediately sent a technician who fixed it. It’s also in a great location.

Great property, great staff, great location!
Pros:

Very nice property, great location ( lots of shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive to downtown Nashville. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was great, practically a full kitchen.

Cons:

My only constructive criticism would be that there was just one elevator and it was pretty slow.
