A wonderful, unique place.
Pros:

I stayed there with the family from July 1st to 5th. Words cannot describe the experience— Hotel Gerpir is a fantastic place, the best on the island.
The hotel windows offer a view of the fjord. The beds were very comfortable; everything was clean and fresh, with excellent bedding. The breakfasts were delicious, featuring superb bread, fruit, vegetables, cold cuts, juices, and coffee. The owners were delightful—kind and helpful. The dining room featured also great, soft music and fresh flowers in vases. The town is charming as well. It was the best stay ever. Dominika, Leon, and Mariusz.

Excellent hotel but it’s about one hour from Ring Road.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and modern. The service and free breakfast were excellent. The lobby and common area is very comfortable and well furnished. The town was cute.

Cons:

I didn’t realize how far the property was from the Route 1 Ring Road (it’s about 1 hour away) when I booked it. It’s a great hotel if you don’t mind the drive.

Pros:

L' Hotel Gepir è una struttura ripristinata molto bene, le stanze sono ampie con un bagno comodo così come comodi sono i letti ed il modo di fare check-in in autonomia. Caffè tea sono a disposizione già all'arrivo ma la cosa sorprendente è la buonissima ed abbondante colazione che noi avevami inclusa.

Cons:

Per chi ha il sonno leggero purtroppo la camera affaccia sulla strada principale quindi anche se si pensi possano passare poche macchine in realtà c'è traffico ma con buoni tappi per le orecchie si riesce a dormire.
