It nice and close to the town

Cons:

The room wasn’t the best for a double deluxe room for the money as I think it was over priced there was bits of the wall falling apart and all around the windows I think its need all updated inside the room and the outside was disgusting with cigarettes,on the floor and the staff was not very helpful and I wouldn’t give a 5 star

Budget friendly, perfect for a 1 night getaway
Pros:

We were welcomed by a lovely man who even helped me with my bags once we had sorted the parking fees. Great location and the room was exactly as expected. We had a beautiful view from our room and little balcony.

Cons:

The bed was not particularly comfortable but as it was only 1 night it was manageable. Any longer wouldn't have been ideal for me personally.

Great location, poor quality 'hotel'
Pros:

The location is handy.

Cons:

This hotel was very dirty, especially the carpet in the corridors, full of stains. Room was smelly, poorly laid out and the furniture was low quality. The only positive was the location, but for £200 a night, I expected more.

Overall we enjoyed our stay however the uncomfortable mattress did affect our sleep.
Pros:

Location, balcony, general cleanliness, public communal areas.

Cons:

Shower took a long time to heat up but even then, the water pressure was very low. The mattress was extremely thin on the bed which meant that you could feel the springs pressing into your body.

Pros:

Hotel was fine good location opposite the beach near the town reception and breakfast bar area was nice and clean staff were helpful and friendly

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Property in a good location to beach and shops.

Cons:

Pictures on the website must of been taken 20 years ago as the hotel is extremely tired in appearance.
All the paint work was badly chipped and marked.
I had to ask for my bed linen to be changed as it was dirty.
Carpet throughout the hotel was dirty.
Don't book this hotel it's awful.

Pros:

Guy at the rececption was very friendly...

Cons:

The price was a ripoff, to be honest..
the floor, the room, everything was super dirty, Even found an old razor cap in the shower...
Carpet had a lot of weird stains...
the stairway was dirty as hell... the room super small.

For the money I paid for this one night, I would get a 5 star experience in other hotels.

Great Location and a Lovely Stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Newquay Beach Hotel. the feather’s hotel The location was excellent and made it very easy to enjoy Newquay and the surrounding area.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and the receptionist was particularly friendly, helpful and attentive, which made us feel very well looked after.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and were very happy with our experience. We would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Cornwall. Highly recommended!

Lovely staff and clean room
Pros:

Muhammad was very friendly upon arrival during my stay i encountered hin a few times as was always smiling and greeting me with positive talk!

The room was clean and couldnt ask for much more for a one night stay over in sunny cornwall
