Pas de serviettes à l'arrivée, poubelle SDB non vidée et cassée, douche moisie, chaise tachée, ...
Le linge fourni après deux demandes était taché, pas frais. Chambre non nettoyée serviette non changées pendant les 3 jours. Lit inconfortable. Tout ceci ne correspond pas à 4 étoiles pour 150 livres la nuit avec une note de 7.3
Le parking est payant et en pente latérale très importante. Enfin nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi la réservation et l'hotel ne portent pas le même nom (OYO vs Feather). Pour info SDB de 2,5m², impraticable.

Paid for breakfast only to be told had no chef as ill and would recieve a refund yet am still waiting for this and am being lied too!!hotel room was dusty and dirty a condom was in bathroom cubboard cannot see sea from bed like in picture from adverts smashed hotel window..terrible experience will be leaving reviews elsewhere to warn other potential customers to avoid this property!!!

An excellent stay with outstanding hospitality, a clean room, and breathtaking sunsets.
Pros:

The hotel staff are very accommodating and always ready to help. They greet guests with a warm smile and provide excellent service throughout the stay. Whenever I requested room service, they responded promptly and were happy to replace towels or assist with any other needs. Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The view from the hotel is amazing. Even though my room was located directly above the reception area, I still enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. I especially loved having a private balcony where I could relax, sunbathe, and watch the sunset each evening. It was the perfect spot to unwind and made my stay even more memorable.

Cons:

I was expecting for the playroom for kids coz they used to have one. It would be great for families with small children. I didn’t like the kettle, it was broken. I hope the breakfasts starts earlier like 6:30 am. 8 am is bit too late to start the day.

location good - staff friendly , rest awful : rooms far too small even for 3 stars , shower curtain too short causing water to fall on floor, shower tray not fixed to the floor: combination causing flooding of floor ,
