The Feather's Hotel Newquay

It was a nightmare from the minute I arrived. When I arrived at my room after climbing over piles of laundry on the stairs, I was greeted with empty alcohol bottles and stale pizza boxes. The staff were unhelpful and rude, but I was eventually given a new room. The digital lock on the door kept unlocking itself. After many attempts to call the helpline, someone answered. I was told it was because the battery was low. Nobody came to replace the battery, they really weren't interested. I have never felt so unsafe. The following morning, someone tried to enter the room. The whole place was filthy. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a horrendous experience

No bar or restaurant

Did smell of weed, but I have since seen online they had a problem with guests, but it would have been nice to have been informed of this issue by the staff but they didn’t speak of it.

Nothing. It was all good.

Extremely misleading hotel - it’s the OYO / its dirty stinks of drugs and smoke.
It looks nothing like the photos.

I didn't want a full blown cooked breakfast; so it would have been great if there was good coffee and quick breakfast. For an additional cost of course.

I didn't like the room it was a single room with double bed in it , shower room had a mirror the I couldn't not see my face in it ,it was too high ,no mirror in the bedroom I had to go out of the room to the hallway there was mirror there that I used to look at my self do my make up ,matress was big ,bedsheets was small,duvet cover was big duvet was small, when I sat down the sheet came off the corners because sheets was small,balcony had no table ,I couldn't put my glass ,tea cup any where,balcony is outside the property but could not smoke or vape ,very up set i no one said that they were not doing breakfast when I got to the hotel they told me ,so every morning had go out somewhere else to have breakfast, I think after all this I should get compensation, I felt cheated, oyo are still advertising for breakfast, 50%of where there is no breakfast at all ,i have been to other places good service good breakfast everything all good but features hotel no ,my birthday holiday was not good ,this was supposed to be a good birthday getaway but no ,for what I paid my stay was not good ,my birthday holiday was not good my money gone down the drain I waisted my money my wages my holiday was not a good one birthday was not good
I didn't take pictures because didn't feel like it to take pictures
I should get compensation.........

This is my third time staying at this hotel, but this time I got a room with blood or ketchup stains on the carpet and walls....in addition to all that, when I returned from a walk, I was stopped by the receptionist and told that I was being evicted from the room because in his opinion my reservation time had expired (although it was supposed to expire the next day)....my backpack was brought to the reception, where my personal belongings were thrown in along with open food products (a package of cheese, bread, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.)..........I was shocked.......when I returned to the room, I found the door open and it was already being cleaned by hotel worker

Tiny room - poor bedding, not appealing to stay in, moved out after 1 night
