Very disappointed with room, booked a deluxe definitely not what we got

Breakfast was inedible, wouldn't pay for it, mouldy carpets, mouldy in showers, attitude of staff, no easy access to hotel , dirty tables, furniture in lounge

Terrible and the lack of response from equally terrible
Cons:

It’s was flithy, from the stairs to the room to the carpet on the floor. The mattress was very old and looked very uncomfortable, but we did not stay to see. We had to pay for another hotel and I’ve asked for a refund and nobody from bookings is getting back to me!!!! How bookings stand by this as a 4 star hotel is unbelievable. We want a full refund
