Great staff, great location
Pros:

Good location, great staff who was extremely accommodating and helpful

Cons:

Had some issues with our rooms but gentleman on the front desk couldn’t be more helpful to rectify it. Bed was also quite hard but I guess that is personal preference

​A special shout-out to Muhammad, our customer service representative, who was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The sea view

Cons:

Everything else, there was pubes and bogey stains in our bed. The room stunk and general hygiene in the room was awful. There were toothpaste drips down the sink. The staff were rude. I received a message saying to pre book parking so I called up to do so and they told me I don’t need to. On arrival I parked up and walked in and he said I can not park my car as the spaces are all reserved.

Bargain in Newquay
Pros:

Friendly staff. Free upgrade to larger double room
.Very modern. Superb shower. Slept like a log. Good choice of hot food for breakfast. Perfect for me

Cons:

Carpet on corridor is a little tired.
