Вид из окна, просторный балкон, хорошие средства для душа и шампунь, халаты и тапочки. Приветливый персонал на рецепшн.

Cons:

•Очень средний завтрак, должен был быть шведский стол, но его не было. По меню все очень скудно и невкусно. Персонал в ресторане плохо говорит на английском.
•Очень шумная стройка под окном всю ночь, огромные щели в дверях на балкон, никакой звукоизоляции.
•Отказались дать утюг погладить вещи, и в итоге моей подруге сожгли очень дорогой пиджак, всячески пытаясь это скрыть. Сначала вещь просто не принесли, а потом пытались сказать, что так и было. Никакой компенсации и извинений не последовало, кроме «нам очень жаль».
•Такси через отель сильно дороже, не рекомендую.

5 starts because of the service and the rooftop. everyone was very kind, helpful and they got us an amazing tour guide in Cairo. The rooftop is the gem of the hotel, good food for breakfast and dinner, amazing view to the pyramids and great atmosphere! Slightly negative points: The shower was a bit small with no door and you could hear some noise from the street (like we had read in the reviews), but these were very manageable and not a problem at all

Overall excellent experience good location for the pyramids. It’s a walkable distance of 25-30 minutes to the pyramids .
Pros:

The views were excellent … the pyramids were the star of the show . The rooftop also had a great vibe and good views . All the young men are very well trained in customer service! They tended to our every need and ensured we had a comfortable stay !

Cons:

The girl at reception taking us to potentially get scammed at the spice shop across the street . Making us pay £10 for a 10 minute drive and dropping us in the hustle and bustle of Giza with the car we paid for instead of waiting for us to finish buying what we wanted to buy.

A solid choice for an active trip focused on events. The real strength of this hotel is its welcoming team and convenien

festival. The hotel is well-located — it didn’t take long to get to the pyramids, and we walked from the Sphinx on the way back.

A huge thank you to the staff team! They are young and energetic, fulfilled every request, and were always helpful. Breakfasts also had a great, friendly atmosphere.

Cons:

We had no running water for 24 hours (though this was a local problem, not the hotel's fault), the breakfast was the same every day with limited options, and our room wasn't cleaned, possibly because we didn't ask. Overall, a solid choice for an active trip, thanks to the wonderful team and convenient location.

Modern & Clean Accommodation
Pros:

The hotel is only about a 15-minute walk from the pyramids, which made the location very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our stay.

The rooms were clean, modern, and much nicer than many of the other hotels we looked at in the area. We originally booked a room with a bathtub and pyramid view, but there was a technical issue with the bathtub. When we mentioned it to the staff, they immediately offered to change our room and kindly upgraded us to one with a balcony. It was such a lovely and comfortable room that we decided to order dinner in and enjoy it on the terrace instead of going out.

Breakfast was okay on the first day, but much better on the second day, with improved variety and presentation.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and really appreciated the helpful staff and the beautiful room upgrade.

Cons:

The only thing to be aware of is that there is major building work nearby, which can be noisy during the day. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep past 8am, it may be worth bringing earplugs. That said, this is not the hotel’s fault and seems to affect many hotels in the area.

Шикарная панорама на пирамиды, но не тихо

Очень красивый панорамный вид на пирамиды. Большой и просторный номер. Сервис по уборке номеров работает отлично, разобрали все вещи, разложили по полочкам, всё поменяли а и почистили, нигде такого не видел ранее. Хороший персонал, отзывчивый и вежливый. Хороший ресторан на крыше, с видом на Пирамиды и хорошим обслуживанием.

Cons:

Очень шумно, потому что плохого качества остекление + окно в ванной выходит в шахту лифта и оттуда доносятся громкие звуки. Иногда ночью было такое ощущение, как будто кто-то находится в нашем номере.

Stayed at Pyramids View Hotel for a few days and honestly had a really good experience. The room was clean every day, the bed was comfortable, and the view of the pyramids in the morning was amazing. The staff were very kind and always asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was fresh and the atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. For the price and the service, it was definitely worth it. I would stay there again.
