Place with potential however some issues need to be addressed
Pros:

Great location, basic clean rooms great for short stay, common kitchen area by reception.

Cons:

Bed in room 1 where we stayed was a bit short even though we are not the tallest people. On night 3 fire alarm forced us to evacuate, we stool outside for about an hour and no one turned up to deal with it. My husband had to mute it with another quest being over the phone with host.
Another morning we had been woken up at 7 am as there was maintenance work whole downstairs area (kitchen common room) and room next to us and workers were changing bathroom units being very loud.
We have been informed about it at 9 am by host on the same day.
On last morning someone was getting into our room and our kids room before check out time. On that day again there were workers drilling in the luggage storage room where we have been informed we could leave our luggage after checking out.
Swimming pool is actually a hole 2.5m by 1.2m you cannot swim in there.
I understand there is lots of work outside hotel and you have no control over that but in your place it is something you knew earlier and shouldn’t have offered storage space kitchen area if it wasn’t available.
Our experience wasn’t best and not relaxing at all.
We didn’t felt looked after and the way you dealt with fire alarm situation and random people walking into my kids room were unacceptable.

Super Unterkunft!
Pros:

Ich war für ein paar Tage in Graz und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und Florian war ein toller und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Man kann vor dem Haus parken (gegen Gebühr) und ist in zwei Minuten an der Straßenbahn, die in zehn Minuten am Hauptplatz ist. Die Innenstadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Really nice place, super clean rooms, the interior of the room was excellent - I liked everything ! 10/10 recommend ! The place is with good location to transport which was great !

Πολύ προσεγμένο δωμάτιο καθαρό Πολυ και με ωραίους χώρους..ωραίο μπάνιο άνετο κρεβάτι και φανταστικό μπαλκόνι!! πολύ ωραία εμπειρία!! Μπράβο φαίνεται ότι γνωρίζετε τί κάνετε!!!

Estadia confortável, moderna e muito bem localizada entre Sliema e St. Julian’s.
Pros:

Boa localização, a 5 minutos de Balluta Bay. Check-in e check-out autónomos com código, o que facilita bastante. Paragem de autocarro a apenas 2 minutos. Quarto de estilo moderno, com cama confortável. Ao contrário de alguns comentários que li, a água do banho estava bem quente e o ar condicionado funcionou sem problemas. Boa relação qualidade-preço e excelente opção para quem quer ficar entre Sliema e St. Julian's.
Para o pequeno-almoço, recomendo o café Sunday in Scotland, mesmo em frente a Balluta Bay.

Cons:

O único ponto menos positivo é a subida de 3 minutos desde Balluta Bay até ao hotel, mas não é nada de especial.

Good price for the quality, but...
Pros:

Comfortable cozy room and bed, everything was working, good location

Cons:

I accidentally left some jewellery on the table and one of the items (golden bracelet) was missing from its box after the cleaning. I obviously don't have any proof that it was stolen by the staff, but there are no other options.

Other than that, the noise isolation from the hallway was quite poor. Other issues were rather minor, like the top shelf of the wardrobe has not been cleaned for a while.

Bougie room on a budget
Pros:

The Travi looked and felt like a chic hotel. It was modern and clean, with a very nice and spacious bathroom.

Cons:

Walls seemed pretty thin so if you're unlucky enough to get loud neighbours there could be some disturbance.
