Pros:

The location was good to reach Valleta and place was clean and nice. Check in was easy and we were able to communicate with staff via messages when needed.

Cons:

There is construction happening nearby. The drilling started at 7:30 in the morning. And bed was on a small side. (I am 1,8m tall and my legs hardly fit in it)

Un séjour bien situé mais marqué par plusieurs désagréments liés à l’organisation et au confort.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un point fort : il est bien desservi par les transports en commun, permettant de rejoindre facilement La Valette en environ 20 minutes en bus. La plage de Balluta Bay est accessible à pied en quelques minutes, et Saint Julian’s se trouve également à proximité.

Cons:

L’arrivée a été particulièrement difficile : malgré une heure d’arrivée communiquée à l’avance, il n’y avait aucun personnel à la réception et la chambre initialement attribuée n’était ni nettoyée ni préparée, ce qui est inacceptable. Après contact avec la responsable, une solution temporaire nous a été proposée dans un autre hôtel, mais là encore sans aucune présence à l’accueil.

Tout au long du séjour, il n’y a jamais eu de personnel sur place ni de point de contact direct, ce qui a rendu toute assistance ou suivi compliqué. L’état de la chambre laissait également à désirer : murs sales avec des taches, trous visibles, vitre de la salle de bain fissurée, traces de rouille sur le mobilier, éclairage défectueux et odeur désagréable du livret d’accueil.

Par ailleurs, plusieurs nuisances ont fortement impacté notre séjour : déclenchements de l’alarme incendie en pleine nuit (vers 1h et 4h du matin), nécessitant d’évacuer et d’attendre à l’extérieur sans assistance, ainsi que du bruit lié à des travaux à proximité dès le matin. Malgré le signalement de ces différents éléments, aucune compensation ni solution concrète n’a été proposée.

Hotel comodo, nuovo ma senza reception classica
Pros:

La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Aveva la macchinetta del caffè e diverse cialde a disposizione. Il letto era comodo e c'erano più cuscini. Posizione comoda per il centro e per Valletta. Fermata del bus nelle vicinanze. Lungomare a pochi passi. Personale reperibile telefonicamente. Finestre molto isolanti.
Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura, senza costi aggiuntivi, ed erano sicuri (dentro una porta chiusa a chiave).

Cons:

Non c'era personale presente in struttura durante tutto il weekend (soprattutto la sera e per il check in).
Avrei preferito e il fatto che ci fossero chiavi classiche, invece che codici digitali (anche per questioni di maggiore sicurezza).
La strada sotto la struttura era trafficata, con la finestra aperta c'era rumore...
La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, perché non esattamente della grandezza giusta...

Airco was vies, daar kwam iets uit vliegen. Ook hier en daar vlekken op muren en gordijn, weinig wc papier.

Pros:

Apartment has a modern and sleek appearance. Location is great; in the area there are plenty of stores and a beautiful beach.
We like that you have a kitchen witch cutlery, and we could drink the tea with others. The hotel has a small swimming pool with a lot of flowers, which we loved.
The facility even gave us beach towel, and it was very convenient for us.
To sum up, we love this apartment and staff, we think all visitors will be happy if they choose Travi Boutique 😁

NOISE, HAMMER DRILL, HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION WORK

Location and cleanliness were really on point. Overall, a comfortable apartment.

Cons:

What they don’t tell you while booking is the fact that they are doing heavy duty construction on the building and next to it. If you dont mind hammer drill harsh noise waking you up at 7am from monday to saturday, then this is the place for you. Walls are paper thin, which doesnt help. You can hear everything from everywhere. If you are looking for a relaxing experience SKIP THIS. There is no one at the reception, so if you need anything, you can ask God for help. The “shared kitchen” is actually a shared dining room of sort. There is a microwave, there is a water heater and there is a shared fridge. When I complained about the heavy duty drilling the guest service manager kindly offered to give me earplugs and said that Malta is full of construction sites hence the “low prices” ( I paid 535€ for 6 nights). So if you are reading this review, kindly skip the guest service manager’s chat gpt generated answer to this.
