Went to heaven and came back!

The hotel was absolutely stunning. It felt like we walked into paradise or heaven for a few days and became completely rejuvenated and back. Food was amazing though some changes in the buffet would help. Swimming pool was majestic, activities in the food fueled up our spirits and the shows at night were lively. Mocktails were amazing and staff went out of their way, all of them including Nora....always smiling! I would not hesitate to come back.

Hotel is super and well made. The rooms are just amazing and the bed literally makes you relax and unwind. The shower facilities in the room are A+.

This is the hotel to go and relax!!

Cons:

Too much smoking. If there were designated smoking areas would be immensely helpful. However, that did not ruin our stay as the hotel is just OUT OF THIS WORLD! RIU is truly RIU!

May I suggest if the swimming pool please be a little heated. It felt cold in the rainy and cool season.

Also, if there could be some indoor activities during rainy activities to bring the mood up. Other than these minors, without a doubt this hotel stands like a jewel and looks stunning both day time with its architecture and during the night with the beautiful illuminated lights!
