Pros:

Very clean hotel. The cleaning staff was cleaning all the time, never saw a perfect clean hotel like this before.

Cons:

that you need to reserve for the fine dining dinner in advance. Especially since i arrived most of the restaurants were fully booked. front desk was exceptionally helpful in assisting me to secure fine dining dinner for 2 nights.
i would definitely book at Riu again!

Хороший отель в целом, вкусная кухня, великолепный океан.

Cons:

1. В 8 утра все лежаки заняты полотенцами на пляже, и целый день пляж полу пустой, а лечь негде. Персоналу такого уровня отеля нужно за этим следить.
2. Бармены на pool зоне, просто кошмар, заказываешь два напитка, они стоят смотрят и не хотят наливать 🙁. Стало не по себе на пляже, попросила бутылку воды дать с собой, сказали нет, вот вам в стакане вода и все
3. Зная что люди отдыхают со всего мира и в мире не все стабильно (мягко говоря) включать песни “с политическим контекстом” не очень, понимая что может быть конфликт. Включайте нейтральные песни и всем будет хорошо 🤗

Amazing views, crystal clear sea, staff were always smiling and happy.

Very clean and well maintained resort.

Will be returning in the future .

Norah was amazing in elite club bar so friendly and welcoming.

Frank at the pool made the best cocktails. He’s talented

The food was average but what you expect from an all inclusive hotel. Lots of variety but same food everyday for all meals.

Hard to book into restaurants

Saying this it would not stop us from returning due to the beauty of this place and the staff.

5 étoiles, neuf , nourriture top. Chambre parfaite

La chambre est bien agencé, propre.
Le buffet est un des meilleurs et varié.
Le personnel souriant et intentionné.

Cons:

Les 5 restaurants à la carte , il y en 2 de fermé . Et 4 le dimanche. Impossible de réserver à moins d être là une semaine. Pas de réponse sur 2 de nos demandes.
