Garden City Hotel Nile Palace

I have two issues. My first issue is with the Hotel, and how it operates. (It is on the second floor of what can only be described as a run-down tenement building.) My second issue is with Booking, who clearly did not carry out due diligence on the hotel and the way it operates (are we seriously expected to believe red flags do not appear on Booking's software in the case of the rating patterns like the one I have described above) and also failed in its duty of care to protect its customers and provide them with accurate information.

Le struttura in realtà è una HOUSE HOTEL posta al 3° piano di un edificio con ascensore fatiscente. L’ingresso principale si presenta in condizioni non adeguate, con la presenza di animali (gatti e cani) con ciotole di cibo in vista e lasciati anche di circolare e dormire all'interno dell'edificio. Abbiamo trovato un cane addormentato sulle scale e poichè l'ascensore non funzionava lo abbiamo dovuto "scavalcare". In generale un’impressione di trascuratezza e scarsa cura degli spazi comuni. Tra l’altro nelle foto inserite sul sito Booking non a caso l’ingresso non è mai rappresentato, anzi sono inserite foto che possono forviare il cliente.
Verificare bene le recensioni trovo quelle con un valore super eccellente veramente distanti dalla realtà.

Servizi , camere e disorganizzazione

Fue una pésima experiencia. No lo recomiendo. No nos respetaron la reserva y nos obligaron a acomodarnos en otro hotel de muy mala calidad. Era muy tarde entonces no tuvimos opción y fuimos forzados ante la incertidumbre de no saber que hacer.

Отвратительный номер. Вентиляция в ванной комнате отсутствует и соответственно постоянная сырость, проникающая даже в номер. Чувствуется грибок. Полотенца не сохли. И не менялись. Уборка номера за три дня не было, даже мусор не убирали. Не рекомендую отель

Immeuble extrêmement vétuste. Voir la photo pour se rendre compte de la réalité de ce qu'est cet hôtel. Equipements hors d'âge, voire dangereux (comme l'ascenseur !). Plomberie hors d'usage. Petit déjeuner carrément mauvais et manque de tout : le deuxième jour, plus de café ! Pas de jus de fruit ou de fruit frais. Le propriétaire essaie de tricher : il nous fait annuler notre réservation avec Booking afin d'éviter la commission et se faire payer en liquide et devise.

This hotel has a problem with Booking.com So you book, you pay the bill before you go, but arriving at the hotel they demand you cancel your booking. They will accept that. Than you need to get your money back from Booking someday. Then you have to pay the hotel again with your credit card. There is the risk that you pay double. They threaten to refuse you. It is all very aggressive. If you follow their policy it may be allright.
Breakfast is a problematic thing. They are late in serving and it is not very good, even by a low standard.

Nous ne sommes pas restés dormir.
Les chambres ne font pas du tout 30 m2, l’ascenseur est ouvert sur deux faces … et ne se ferme pas pendant toute la montée. Le taxi vous dépose devant des marches de béton défoncées qui montent vers une ouverture béante qui ne ressemble pas à un immeuble d’habitation. Bref, nous avons choisi un autre hôtel.

Vybavení pokoje absolutně neodpovídalo popisu v nabídce Booking.com. I s přihlédnutím k tomu, že jde o hotel se třemi hvězdičkami a Egypt. A to jsme měli zaplacený pokoj "De Luxe"!!!! Na stránkách Booking jsou pokoje nafocené tak, aby vypadaly vcelku bezproblemově. Realita je jiná - proležená matrace, špína v koupelně, hluk z ulice, sprcha na zdi hned vedle záchodu a nekryté elektroinstalace. Na 2 lidi jsme dostali 1 ručník a 1 osušku, kterou nám za celý týden nevyměnili. V pokoji nebyla ani židle, natož fén a dokonce ani trezor, který byl dle popisu na Booking.

Condizione della struttura, del bagno, della camera.Non adeguato alla categoria. Scarsa pulizia. Abbiamo dovuto ricordare di pulire la stanza.Bagno in pessime condizioni.

There is not any point that is trues about this place what they announce on Booking.com:( The real name is Hotel Nile House. The pictures are not true, there are no such things that coffee machine, kettle or table. There are mould in the room, seems like the renivatio. Has never been finished. It is hardly a hotel, it is more an overpriced hostel:( We are really dosappointed by the fact that we were scammed. When we booked it was 8,9 rate, by the time we got there it dropped to 5,4!!!! The breakfast is by a menu, not what is promised on pictures.
