Pros:

Right over from the station easy to get to and the staff were class!

Cons:

Not so much the property but uber always cancelled so had to walk elsewhere for one

Все было очень классно, полностью обустроена новая квартира в новом доме, с классными видом и хорошим районом. Персонал отзывчивый и очень внимательный. Спасибо большое. Бассейн тоже супер.

Achei muito bom como um todo mas a minha suite deixou a desejar
Pros:

Os recepcionistas sao muito atenciosos, principalmente o Tommy. Lobby moderno, apartamento moderno e bem mobiliado, bem espaçoso e com toalhas limpas/jogos de cama limpos.

Cons:

Primeiro que nao havia almofada no sofá do meu quarto, achei isso um absurdo.

O pior foi que não havia uma cortina boa no quarto, entrava MUITA LUZ e me fazia acordar muito cedo.

Achei bom a estadia como um todo mas a minha suite (por conta do dono individual daquele apartamento), nao tinha cortina boa nem almofada (outros apartamentos tinham).

Le personnel - La propreté - L’Appartement - On est pas dérangé excessivement.

Cons:

Trop bruyant le matin (meubles déplacés) et le bruit des voitures, motos et autres s’entendent dans l’appartement. Pas de double vitrage - Certains vacanciers ne respectent pas les horaires de Tranquillité - Pas de micro-ondes, ni de service de café pendant le séjour.

Pros:

It was a new property, really clean and new.
It was walking distance from the beach and walking distance from a lot of good food places.
It had a washer dryer do nice for when returning home just unpacked no laundry needed to be done.

Cons:

It was expensive for the room size. W mindful the way the pictures are placed the rooms are not as big as you think.
You are your own room service, so you’ll clean your own mess and change your own sheets.
Pool drinks were toooo expensive 44 for two washed down pina coldas

Pros:

Nowy obiekt, nowocześnie wyposażony. Jest wszystko co potrzebne. Mieliśmy apartament na 17 piętrze co dało super widoki. Basen, siłownia na wysokim poziomie.

Cons:

Jeden mały minusik to za ciepła woda w basenie.

הצוות בקבלה היה נעים ונחמד.

מאד לא אהבנו שהנוף מהחדר פונה לאתר בניה !
זה מאד לא נעים.
ובעיקר הרגשנו שחברת בוקינג "עקצה" אותנו במחיר !
שילמנו 2052 דולר לשלושה לילות ויום לפני ההגעה למלון ראינו שהמחיר שהופיע במלון הוא 1240 דולר !
כפול ממש.
אין סוף הודעות ושיחות עם צוות המלון שלא יכל לעזור, ואילו בבוקינג בכלל אין עם מי לדבר ואין שום התייחסות לעניין.

Tesisin konumu güzel beachde yer alıyor ama south beachde değil o taraflara 15 dakika araba mesafesi mid beach gibi konumu .

Genel olarak çalışanlar iyi değil ,check out gününde yarım saat bavullarımızı muhafaza etmelerini istediğimizde kesinlikle bunu yapamayacaklarını residence olarak böyle bir hizmetleri olmadığını söyledi çalışan görevli ve sonra nerdeyse fırlatır gibi bagajlarımızı bagaj arabasından indirdi bağardı çok kabaydı ömrümde bir yerde böyle bir davranış görmedim .

Bagaj arabasını almak için kimlik isteniyor ve yanımda kimlik yoktu başka bir çalışan da telefonunuzu bırakın o zaman dedi ,arabayı geri getirdiğinizde alırsınız dedi çok çirkin bir uygulama

Son gün ilacımızı odada unuttuk çıkış yaptıktan sonra hatırladık ve otele geri döndü resepsiyondaki kişi bize çok yardımcı oldu.
