Pros:

I liked the gym, the pool, and the pool area. The concierge was helpful. The building is well maintained.

Cons:

We were 3 people in the apartment and only 1 chair. When we moved the chair to sit on it, the chair fell apart. I called Nomada and they took the chair to fix it. They told me that there is only 1 chair to an apartment. However, if they locate an extra chair, they will supply it. When we returned that evening, there were NO chairs in the apartment!!! We had to eat dinner in the pool area that evening. I have traveled extensively and have never experienced a lack of chairs in an apartment or hotel. Also, why isn't there some furniture on the balcony? It would have been nice to sit out in the evening on the balcony.

J'ai aimé :
- les équipements de la résidence (salle de sport, piscine)
- les meubles de l'appartement
- les équipements cuisine
- la terrasse de l'appartement

Cons:

Pas toujours très propre (notamment les grandes vitres qui donnent sur la terrasse)
Personnel pas à la hauteur, qui m'a d'abord donné un mauvais appartement (j'ai donc du déménager) puis qui n'a pas répondu à ma demande d'avoir une lampe de chevet. A ce tarif là et pour ce type de prestations, une lampe de chevet devrait être disponible par défaut. Au pire, le personnel doit répondre.

Super lokalizacja, mnóstwo sklepów pod nosem. Nowoczesny i świeżutki obiekt. Super basen z siłownią w cenie pobytu.

Cons:

Koszmarnie drogi parking należący do obiektu. Koszt za 12 godzin 45 dolarów. Uważam iż goście powinni mieć za darmo lub co najmniej konkurencyjny rabat.

Les communs, la piscine et la salle de sport étaient tres biens.
En ce qui concerne le logement (studio) il manque un peu d’espace, la literie laisse à désirer (matelas fin) et pas de douche à main ( quand on ne se lave pas oes cheveux ce n’est pas pratique) l’insonorisation est limite (nous etions au 5eme etage), aucun équipement sur le balcon
Nous avons demandé quelques petits services supplémentaires moyennant finances et aucune n’a aboutie)

Cons:

Pas d’acces au rooftop c’est dommage

Not worth the price
Pros:

We booked a room for four people, but when we arrived late after a very long journey, only one bed for two was prepared. There was no extra bedding or towels, and we had to wait a long time to receive them. To make things worse, we found hair in the bed, which was very unpleasant. I am not satisfied — for this price, you can definitely find something better.

Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Miami Beach
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko i dobry dostęp do dróg wyjazdowych. Na plażę tylko 200 m. Obiekt nowy z fantastycznym - wielkim - basenem zewnętrznym

Cons:

Wokół budują się kolejne obiekty - po ukończeniu będzie jeszcze lepiej

Great stay!
Pros:

Beautiful, well-maintained building in a great location. The staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities were really nice and the North Beach area is super quaint.

Cons:

As hotel guests we didn't have access to the rooftop. We only have access to the 5th floor (which does have a pool, gym, and co-working space).

It was okay, not really worth the money maintaince team could’ve have done a better job

Really liked the close proximity of everything, beach, cafes near by, and as well as included beach chairs

Cons:

Took a while to fix 2 main issues in the bathroom which was the shower and the toilet.
