Η περιοχή εξαιρετική, στον παλμό της πόλης, αλλά σε ήσυχο στενό. Το δωμάτιο άνετο με όμορφη αισθητική. Μαξιλάρια και στρώμα άψογα! Πρωινό πλούσιο. Τα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν εξυπηρετικά και ευγενικά!
Αν έρχεστε με δικό σας όχημα μεριμνήστε εκ των προτέρων για πάρκινγκ!

Η επικοινωνία μέσω της πλατφόρμας δεν γίνεται απευθείας με την (εξυπηρετική) ρεσεψιόν του καταλύματος. Δεν υπάρχει ανταπόκριση στα μηνύματα μέσω booking, όχι σε εμάς τουλάχιστον. Είμαστε ακόμα σε αναμονή απόκρισης για αίτημά μας, που αφορά στην έκδοση απόδειξης καθώς η διαμονή ήταν για επαγγελματικούς λόγους. Φυσικά αυτό είχε δηλωθεί κατά την κράτηση.

Hôtel confortable, très bien placé et très agréable.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et les chambres, le personnel de l’accueil à l'écoute et disponible.
Les femmes de chambres très gentilles aussi.
La terrasse avec la vue.

Cons:

Un peu moins le personnel du petit déjeuner.

Great choice for a couple of nights
Pros:

The location is great, next to a metro station, near Monastiraki square. The reception staff when I arrived was very polite. The room was nice and very clean. The bed and pillows really comfortable.

Cons:

When I arrived I asked if I can check out later and I was told I can leave at 12:00 instead of 11:00 without any extra cost. The next morning I received a call in my room, around 11:20 to remind me about the check out at 11:00. It was all ok in the end but there was some miscommunication.
Although the room is very nice, it is definitely not soundproof. I could hear everything from the street and the hallway. The breakfast doesn’t have many options but it was tasty. I noticed the staff lady preparing a plate for herself and grabbing pies with her bare hand. She put one in her plate and then put it back in the tray. Also she rearranged the cakes with her bare hands.
Another issue was the name of the hotel, as I made a booking in a hotel under the name Hotiday but apparently they use some rooms of another hotel. So, there was no sign for Hotiday and I didn’t get any information about this when I booked the room.
