At around $14US per night very good value especially for a couple.
Pros:

Breakfast not available. First day excuse no staff. 2nd day excuse no food! Location good. Bed hard as others say but suits me. Pool good.

Cons:

Shower head broken, needs replacement. Could do with safe box. Wifi didn’t work. Didn’t seem to have many guests and the staff had little English and little interest. Unfortunately I can NOT recommend this hotel because of the whining, yapping dogs outside the house across the narrow street. Earliest disturbance 6.30am, latest 1am and intermittently though out the day.

Pros:

L’emplacement dans une rue très calme à proximité de la vieille ville et juste à côté du silver temple, le personnel était très sympa, la piscine très rafraîchissante.

Cons:

Le sol de la chambre aurait pu être mieux nettoyé, les pieds étaient noir après avoir marché pieds nus . Peut être passer un coup d’eau?
Le prix du café est excessif. L’offre 1+1 americano : le deuxième était tout à fait transparent et ce pour 80 baht.
Bref l’hôtel dans l’ensemble mériterait un rafraîchissement général.

Merci à la personne à la réception qui nous a aidé dans nos démarches d'excursion et qui fait tout son possible pour nous permettre de passer un super séjour, merci beaucoup à elle.

la piscine est un grand plus en cas de forte chaleur, le samedi il y a un marché à proximité

Cons:

le lit beaucoup trop dur pour une personne occidental.

Peaceful place
Pros:

We stayed there for one week and it was amazing. The place is very clean, well maintained by the lovely owners. The garden is lovely with a great view over the mountains.
Our two years old daughter could play safely.
The breakfast is amazing and they make sure we eat something different everyday.

Thank you for everything and for being so long with our family.
