Hôtel très sympathique !

Le personnel est très accueillant.

L'hôtel est grand et très moderne.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé en bords de mer, il suffit d'aller se baigner sur la plage pour être constamment aborder pour des excursions. Cela fait partie du voyage et nous avons fini par l'accepter. Les gens sont très sympathiques.

How do I describe this fabulous experience in one go? It was absolutely exquisite!! A very special thank you to Ally, Mr Kareem, Mayryam, Watson and the reception manager for your assistance and care during our stay. My daughter and I felt like family during our stay. The food was amazing, such a huge variety of dishes to choose at meal times. Our room with the pool was extraordinary, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I can not express the beauty and uniqueness of everything. You have given us the most amazing Zanzibar experience ever. Memories which will last always. There are so many other amazing staff members, I could not remember everyone's names. The facilities like the SPA, tours and taxi service and boutique is also a plus. We will return to stay at Tembo Kiwenga every time we visit Zanzibar. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Wonderful Tembo Kiwengwa
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful and so well maintained. The location on the beach was super. The rooms were huge with sufficient space for everyone to spread themselves.

Cons:

We were on half board and the dinner options were a bit too bland for our tastes. Could have done with more spice I feel. Also the warming trays were opened by lots of diners so the food was rarely hot

My stay at Tembo Resort was absolutely amazing. It truly felt like paradise. From the beautiful ocean views to the delicious food and great amenities, everything was perfect.

The staff were so lovely, kind, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar. I would definitely love to come back again.

Schöne Hotel Anlage
Pros:

Eine sehr moderne und neue Anlage, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Genügend Liegeflächen vorhanden und die unterschiedlichen Pools sind ebenfalls super schön. Essen war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Frühstück war besser als das Abendessen - hier gab es eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Personal war oftmals überfordert, wirkte gestresst oder grundsätzlich nicht sympathisch. Sehr viele Beach Boys, die etwas Verkaufen möchten. Fitnessstudio ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und extrem klein, also im Endeffekt gibt es kein Fitnessstudio. Alkohol gibt es in der Anlage auch nicht.

La struttura e’ nuovissima, la piscina con accesso dalla camera, il ristorante, l’accesso in spiaggia diretto

Cons:

Reception deludente per un 5 stelle: a causa di un imprevisto ho dovuto prenotare un taxi dall’hotel, e essendo l’ultimo giorno e non avendo contanti, horo richiesto il pagamento con carta…mi e’ stato detto che non era possibile e mi hanno proposto che il taxi mi accompagnasse in banca a prelevare contanti per il pagamento! Il taxi che avevo prenotato inizialmente mi era costato 25dollari, quello prenotato da loro (un veccchio taxi senza aria condizionata) ho pagato 50dollari (il doppio) che comprese le commissioni della banca e’ stato pagato 60! Scaldaloso servizio offerto da un 5 stelle! Sono rimasto deluso.
