Lovely but service could be alot better.

Very clean and spacious airy hotel. Staff at the restaurant are so so lovely and very attentive.

Cons:

Very noticeable that this is a new hotel. Staff at front reception are very slow. If you ask for a request, you will be asking for another 10 times before it’s complete. I was also told there would be an iron at the hotel however there was just one across the entire hotel which was a really big inconvenience. Please bring your own. Aisha was very sweet and helpful during our stay. Limited food options at the buffet , could be better. Very overpriced for what you are paying for.

1000% - So breathtaking😍😍. I cant recommend this property enough.
Pros:

The views are breathtaking. From the moment you enter its gates, prepare to be wowed 😍😍. It literally feels out of this world to be at this property. You are welcomed by bright smiles and hibiscus juice; the buffets are exceptional; the staff are the best - so nice and friendly; they go out of their way for your comfort. It is better than the pictures could ever portray; you need to experience this place in person. Our room had a walk-in pool, which was a great decision for us. However, the hotel has 3 extra communal pools. Also, if you are travelling with children, this hotel is the best for you.

Bello... ma un po' noioso, perfetto se alla ricerca del relax totale.

Colazione e cena buone (buona la pasta!!). Personale gentile anche se ho avuto l'impressione che non tutti parlassero bene inglese. La camera molto bella con uscita in piscina.

Non per colpa dell'hotel ma in zona non c'è proprio nulla, dunque in assenza di musica o animazione direttamente in hotel, il soggiorno diventava piuttosto noioso dopo qualche tempo (specialmente avendo preso 3 giorni di pioggia). La sera sarebbe stato carino vi fosse qualche attività. Spiacevolmente ho notato che agli ospiti quando arrivavano veniva offerto da bere e un panno umido, al nostro arrivo invece siamo stati lasciati in reception ad aspettare senza niente e nessuna informazione su quando sarebbe stata disponibile la camera. Ho avuto l'impressione che gli asciugamani forniti in piscina non venissero sempre forniti puliti in quanto in due occasioni erano sporchi di sabbia. Non accettabile da un 5 stelle. Un giorno non ci è funzionata l'acqua calda e un giorno lo scarico del WC, che tuttavia hanno sistemato subito. Per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettata di più...

Trotz vieler Gäste war es extrem ruhig. Es wurden keine Liegen am Pool reserviert, war auch nicht notwendig. Die Strandliegen sind auch sehr bequem. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit privat Pool, diese waren nicht geheizt, sind auch nur 1m hoch, aber sehr nett. Es gab 2xLive Musik, aber nur bis 21:30. Sehr angenehm. Kokusnüsse werden direkt vom Baum geholt. Pro Zimmer ist ein Mail Paddel Tennis gratis dabei.

Cons:

Das Personal ist nett, aber nicht zuvorkommend. Wir wurden am Pool kein einziges Mal gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken wollen.Das ist sehr schade. Eine Shisha kostet 20,-$, das ist mehr als übertrieben.

Excellent and Very satisfying.
Pros:

This resort was phenomenal. I had a fantastic time - from airport pick up, arrival, receptionist check in, restaurant and the rest of the amenities. The view was EVERYTHING.

The meals at the restaurant were also so delicious. If you think the breakfast is amazing, wait till you try the lunch! The Spa as well? SO GOOD! Make sure you shop some products!

Conclusively, i had planned to stay in this resort only without touring Zanzibar and i have no regrets. So much to do, without getting bored. Make sure to book at-least 7 day, trust me the days go by quick lol.

Thanks to the entire team, i had a FANTASTIC time. Going back for sure.

Une pépite !
Pros:

Le tembo Kiwengwa Resort est neuf, propre et beau.
Il y a une magnifique vue, un super kid's club ainsi qu'un parc de jeux exterieur, nos filles ont adorés. Il dispose egalement d'une salle de jeux adultes ainsi qu'une salle de sport petite mais efficace.

Le gros + de cet hotel est le personnel adorable et souriant : du directeur très sympathique et aux petits soins à Amir le responsable hotellerie très reactif en passant par les serveurs/serveuses et les dames du kid's club adorables avec nos filles.
Notre coup de coeur restera Samson, notre serveur toujours plein de petites attentions pour nous et nos filles, toujours souriant, sa bonne humeur, sa gentillesse fait de lui une belle rencontre, nos filles l'adorent. Un grand merci !

Cons:

Le seul perit bémol fut notre massage suedois au spa, un peu trop vigoureux pour nous.
