Exceptionnel ! Personnel de qualité ++++
Pros:

Séjour d’1 semaine exceptionnel ! Le personnel incroyable, merci à Sabai pour toutes les animations et les échanges très agréables, merci à Souleyman pour son accueil chaleureux et son sourire (bravo pour l’apprentissage du français), merci au chef pour les excellents cookies préparé spécialement pour nous, merci à Fatima et Justina pour le Hakuna matata en chanson et leur joli sourire !

Le Tembo ne serait rien sans sa belle équipe !!!

Pros:

L'hôtel était parfait, le personnel au petit soin. Un restaurant de qualité, des chambres très confortables et une offre d'activité très diverse. Néanmoins, nous ne savions pas à notre arrivée que cet hôtel n'autorisait pas l'alcool dans son établissement.

Met uitzondering van entertainer Sabai, ober Abdul en nanny Fatima. Jullie hebben het ons en de baby nog aangenamer gemaakt. Ontzettend bedankt!

Good option for staying in Zanzibar
Pros:

Juma is a legend! Staff were lovely for the most part. Great quality for the area. It is Africa so 5 star is not quite the same as some 5 star, but it was a lovely resort and would recommend it. It is a dry resort just so people are aware. Lovely beach spot and good location for activities.

Cons:

Food selection could improve. Also quite often you ask a staff member something and they go to resolve it and nothing gets done.

An exceptional stay – beautiful surroundings, excellent service, great food, and everything you need for a perfect holid
Pros:

The property is new, functional, and beautifully designed. Everything here is perfect, from the extremely friendly and helpful staff and the excellent food in the restaurant to the wide range of facilities the hotel offers. Guests can enjoy swimming pools, a gym, a tennis court, a games room, and various activities, including yoga. Another huge advantage is the direct access to a beautiful beach. The entire property is also exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend this place!
