Dankjewel voor het leuke verblijf!
Pros:

Fijne kamer op een goede locatie in Miami. Pluspunt vonden we dat we de auto gratis aan de straat konden parkeren. De kamer en de badkamer waren proper. De uitleg om in te checken was duidelijk waardoor we alles snel vonden. De airco deed het perfect en de ijskast op de kamer was een pluspunt. We vonden het fijn om een kamer te mogen gebruiken bij Mateo thuis! Op vlak van prijskwaliteit in het dure Miami zeker aan te raden!

Cons:

Ik dacht eigenlijk dat ik een hotel had geboekt. We schokken daarom even bij aankomst. Eens ik verder ging lezen op de pagina van Mateo, zag ik de informatie dat ik een kamer had geboekt in zijn huis. Het zou handig geweest zijn moest dit ook bij de beschrijving van de accommodatie staan. Eens we er even waren, was het voor ons wel allemaal inorde. De isolatie van de kamer was niet top. Er was een vrij grote opening onder de deur waardoor je wel geluid hoorde van de ander kamer en van beneden. We hebben hier nu wel geen last van gehad maar moesten zelf ook wat oplettender zijn om stil te zijn.

Pros:

The price can't be beat. Spacious. Mini fridge. Private bath. Rating it an 8 due to price despite what i wrote in the next section.

Cons:

Shower head wasn't clean, shot in every direction, just used my finger nails to dislodge every bad little node. Bed is on the floor, very firm. One good pillow and one sad pillow. The ice in the shared fridge downstairs was all a big clump and had a smell to it as if something other than water got into the big ice catcher. Parking is free but it's street parking, first come first serve, lucky to find one last spot half a block away. There's a sign above the toilet saying not to flush toilet paper, didn't know that was still a thing in America (only place I've seen that before is the Philippines).

Prima kamer in gedeeld appartement
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie, rustig maar toch erg dicht bij alle leuke dingen in Little Havana. Vriendelijke eigenaar.

Cons:

Oogt luxer in de advertentie dan het in werkelijkheid is. Je loopt door de woonkamer van de eigenaar naar de kamer. Kamer is basic, maar prima. Faciliteiten als gym en zwembad zijn in ander appartementencomplex. Allemaal niet erg of onoverkomelijk, maar wel handig om te weten vantevoren.

Pros:

Estuve con mi pareja en abril dos noches alojados aquí y en general las instalaciones eran buenas y adaptadas a nuestras necesidades y la cama muy cómoda

Cons:

Imposible regular el aire acondicionado, encendido también por la noche y el aparato estaba frente a la cama. Aunque si hablabas con el propietario podía regular la temperatura, pero no lo quitaba

Endroit idéal pour visiter calle ocho
Pros:

Emplacement super juste à côté de calle ocho. Décoration artistique. Lit comfortable. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. Procédure d'arrivée claire et simple. Le prix est abordable.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de TV. C'est un projecteur de faible luminosité qui n'est pas très visible le jour. On doit mettre le papier de toilette usagé dans une poubelle spéciale dans la salle de bains mais cette poubelle n'est pas ramassée à chaque jour...

Perfect size for me and my wife. Great location for Little Havana. Everything is walkable. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful proprietor!

Location was amazing! So close to many great restaurants and cool spots in little Havana! Mateo was such a great host and so was his aunt! They were very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful little modern home in Little Havana.
Pros:

Location, parking, communication, all was great. Very easy to get to from the Miami beach island. Super clean! Dead quiet even being located so close to the nightlife area.

Cons:

There really was nothing bad to say. The sink drain was slightly clogged but it wasn't a big enough issue to mention to the owner.

El chico nos dejó tirados en la puerta literalmente todo el día , por la noche pedimos por favor que quitasen el aire acondicionado ( ya que así lo indicaba un cartel) y no hicieron caso , pasamos una noche horrible de frío de aire acondicionado y malos

Trop de bruit et manque d’informations sur le principe d’un partage des locaux entre plusieurs locataires. Je sollicite

Cons:

La porte d’entrée ne fonctionne pas bien et il y a un manque de consignes envers les occupants (bruit jusqu’à 2h00 du matin et pour certains ils découvrent que les chambres sont partagées entre plusieurs locataires). Pour tous ces désagréments subis, je sollicite un geste commercial de la part de booking. Cordialement
