Lovely place
Pros:

A beautiful, very quiet place overlooking the sea and mountains.
The place was spotless clean and well lighted and decorated.
I got a complimentary bottle of wine, water and cake, there’s a coffee machine with capsules.
A special thanks to Panos and Ria the concierge which helped a lot, were very generous and welcoming! and also helped with affordable transportation.

Cons:

The position of the bed is low and the bed is not comfortable.
Guests should note that, as usual in Santorini (I guess) , there is a steep climb up from the room and to the room. Also steep and scary roads to the hotel- if you’re not experienced in driving in Santorini I would suggest to not rent a car.
In addition, the weather can be windy and cold and therefore the use of the plunge pool is not so great.
My room’s location (106) didn’t get sun all day- some hours yes and some no so I couldn’t use the plunge pool, it was too cold. Therefore I recommend to not take this room, as the room above me did get sunlight.
The pool wasn’t clean and I had to ask several times for it to be cleaned. The manager ignored my last massage. They send you to talk to the concierge yourself instead of them doing it.
There is no proper place for tanning, only beside the pool which is not comfortable.
Check in is at 11:00 am, and if your flight is later, there is no lobby/ reception/waiting area.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They truly made our experience special with their warmth and excellent service.
The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Soggiorno perfetto per Santorini
Pros:

L’appartamento era pulito, moderno, con una bellissima vista e in una posizione ottima; l’host è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Davvero nulla da dire, assolutamente consigliato!!!

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti in questa struttura. L'appartamento era nuovo e molto curato. La posizione era ottima per raggiungere le varie zone centrali dell'isola. Panos, il proprietario, è stato super gentile e super disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, al check out ci ha fatto la cortesia di tenerci le valigie fino a tardo pomeriggio. Siamo stati molto bene. Assolutamente consigliato.

Cons:

La strada per arrivarci è un po' tortuosa e in salita, senza un veicolo è complicato arrivarci. A causa dell'esposizione è molto colpita dal vento, per cui è difficile godersi la terrazza con i lettini e la Jacuzzi.

Bedroom has restricted headroom.. not usable. !!! People keep an eye on you..

Cons:

The bedroom ceiling was so low that it was unsafe to use. My wife and I both hit our heads on the ceiling multiple times, creating a real risk of injury.

As a result, we were unable to use the bedroom and had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room for our stay. This was uncomfortable and significantly reduced the quality of our holiday.

The Booking.com listing did not clearly disclose that the bedroom had extremely restricted headroom or warn guests that the bedroom could not be safely used by adults. Had this information been provided, we would not have booked this property.

People keep an eye on your daily activity which makes you a bit uncomfortable.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub
Pros:

Zuerst der Schriftverkehr vor der Anreise war sehr freundlich und die Begrüßung durch Panos.sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und hochwertig eingerichtet.Es ist alles da,was man braucht. Morgens kann man die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen sehen und von der Dachterrasse mit den Whirlpool hat man eine wunderbare Rundumsicht. Vielen Dank an Panos für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questa struttura e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva.

La posizione è perfetta per godersi Santorini e, in questo periodo dell’anno, si respira una pace e un silenzio incredibili, ideali per rilassarsi completamente. Un altro punto di forza è stata l’alba: senza dubbio la più bella che abbiamo mai visto, uno spettacolo che da solo vale il soggiorno.

Il personale è stato sempre presente, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire accolti e coccolati durante tutta la vacanza.
Torneremo sicuramente

Cons:

L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda il servizio di pulizia durante il soggiorno: non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani e il pavimento non è stato pulito nei giorni della nostra permanenza.

Belle vue sur la mer , le village et le levé de soleil. Studio mignon , propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et situé dans un environnement calme. De plus, le monsieur qui s'occupait du logement est très sympathique. A recommander.
