I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome.

A special thank you to Fatima Zahara, who handled my check-in. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making the entire process smooth, easy, and comfortable from the very beginning.

I would also like to thank Chaima, who was always so kind and attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

In the evenings, Hamza was always welcoming, friendly, and approachable, adding to the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

During breakfast, Ameen provided excellent service. He was attentive, courteous, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality.

The rooms are amazing—beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The hotel also has excellent amenities, and the location is perfect.

What truly makes this hotel exceptional is its people. The outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism of the staff made my stay memorable. They genuinely care about their guests, and it shows in every interaction.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team—especially Fatima Zahara, Chaima, Hamza, and Ameen—for making my visit such a wonderful experience.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. C'est un magnifique séjour où le service est irréprochable. L'équipe anticipe le moindre détail pour notre confort. Un immense merci à Wissal et Chaimae pour leur accueil, leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance, elles ont vraiment pris grand soin de nous.
