Pros:

Position is great to explore the city.
Staff is nice and the room are clean.

Cons:

Our room had only a window on the internal corridor.
I asked for a change (they have standard room for the same price with windows) but they told me the other rooms were already booked.

Not recommended to claustrophobic people..

Showers are great!
Pros:

1-shower: hot & water pressure was amazing 🤩
2-Location
3- Decent conditions for long stay & reasonable price (which gives it high score compared to other places in the same area that would charge more for less convenience)
4- Staff super helpful & friendly

Cons:

Minor yet uncontrollable convenient:
1- internet @ first till contacting reception
2- one socket didn’t work
3- little light in the room (kept door open)
4- sewage smell in the area (not too intense) & sometime comes from the bath room

位置佳，到大部分寺庙和市场皆可步行到达；周围艺术氛围、生活气息浓，离清迈门市场近，一日三餐皆可在市场和市场附近解决；员工热情友好，他们家的小朋友也很可爱，有礼貌。房间干净整洁，忘了拍照片了。总之，推荐！

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt für Chiang Mai. Ruhige Nebenstraße aber dennoch alles in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Und die Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider war das WLAN richtig schlecht. Das hat wirklich genervt.

Very good, well located. The nails saloon in the hall can be noisy in the morning if room is close.

I was given a room with no windows which felt claustrophobic. I didn't spend much time in the room so I let it go. Pillows were too big for me.

Nice accommodations in a good area for walking.
Pros:

The staff there were awesome and the accommodations were close enough to walk into town but far enough where it was a nice and quiet. It is also very close to scooter rental shops which will allow you get around Chiang Mai.
