Paid for a suite got a basic room.
Pros:

The hotel itself is in a good condition.

Cons:

I have booked a junior suite with balcony and jacuzzi, I was charged for the room which was one of the most expensive in the hotel, once I arrived to do the check in I was informed that the room wasn’t available ( first they said was maintenance issue but then tried to blame booking.com saying it was them mistake) and instead of giving back the difference of cost of the room I was just relocated to a different room, which was the basic and cheaper room available, yet still paid top notch for that. It was located at the top floor in front of the lift and a staircase leading to the terrace which was really inconvenient due to all the noise of people going up the stairs to the bar. Which made impossible to sleep. Breakfast is really poor, there was not a fruit available, only a boiled egg, few types of cheese and bread. Overall a bit disappointing.

Buon Hotel a due passi dalle piramidi.
Camera molto spaziosa e nuova, idromassaggio vista piramidi sicuramente il punto di forza, posizione molto vicina all'ingresso delle piramidi a piedi.

Cons:

Pulizia molto migliorabile (all'arrivo sul tappeto grosso principale in camera erano presenti molti capelli, tra un giorno e l'altro durante le pulizie non hanno rilavato la vasca lasciandola sporca come usata il giorno prima, poca attenzione nei dettagli dopo la pulizia, non sono stati rimessi saponette, e un asciugamano)
Ristorante sopra la struttura da rivedere completamente, di tutto il menù sulla carta che offrono alla fine ci sono sempre le solite due o tre cose, non parlano nemmeno troppo bene l'inglese quindi non si capisce se ti capiscono o no.

Heel mooi uitzicht maar alle extra services waren enorm overpriced (taxi's en lunch/diner via hotel)
Pros:

Het uitzicht was geweldig. Tijdens het ontbijt en in de kamer was het genieten van de machtige piramides.
Het personeel op het dakterras was enorm vriendelijk.
Kamers waren ruim, schoon en we hadden een heel mooi uitzicht op de piramides.

Cons:

Het restaurant op het dak leek geen restaurant. We hebben een paar keer eten besteld maar dit werd op een hele rare manier geregeld. We betaalden veel teveel en het eten kwam heel laat, het werd van een ander restaurant gehaald...
Ook een taxi bestellen via het hotel was veel te duur en werd niet netjes geregeld. Beter alles via Uber doen daarzo.
Er was weinig wc papier en als je wilde dat je kamer werd schoongemaakt moest je daarom vragen.

wir konnnten unser Programm sehr gut schaffen
Pros:

Überschaubar. z.B. Besteck musste jedes mal neu angefordert werden.
am ersten Tag ausreichend - am letzten Tag sehr überschaubar

Cons:

Dienstleistungen - kleine Nilkreuzfahrt - wurden mit den 3 fachen Preis angeboten.

Pros:

V hotelu jsme strávili 2 noci. Pokoj byl čistý a moc pěkný. Snídaně super s krásným výhledem. Velmi milý personál a recepční Moustafa byl velmi ochotný a nápomocný.

Petit hôtel très sympa sans prétention avec une vue sur les pyramides
Pros:

L emplacement au top - le défilé de dromadaires et chevaux toute la journée dans la rue - la baignoire jacuzzi - le moelleux des serviettes et la qualité de la literie - la gentillesse de Mustafa

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue toute la nuit : il faudrait du double vitrage pour atténuer le bruit ambiant. Le volume du ballon d eau chaude est trop petit pour remplir correctement la baignoire.

Perfect stay except smell
Pros:

All staff are very kind and helpful ! We felt the warmest heart from the staff.

Cons:

All the services are good enough for the price. The only problem was the smell of horse dung around the street. Sometimes the smell comes up to rooftop during breakfast

Pros:

Расположение прямо у пирамид, шикарный вид из окна, чистый номер. Персонал отзывчивый, по нашей просьбе купили нам тапочки 😄

Cons:

Персонал в ресторане не говорит по-английски. Завтрак готовят из того, что есть, не по меню, а потом считают как попало в чеке. Рядом с отелем стойла верблюдов и лошадей с ужасными условиями, жалко смотреть. Горячей воды хватает на одного человека, дальше надо подождать, чтобы нагрелась.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The location was amazing, very central to the main road with restaurants, shops and to the Pyramids. Loads of camels, donkeys and horses on the street that the hotel is on. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean at all times. I'd highly recommend. Mustafa was amazing too.
