Pros:

Расположение прямо у пирамид, шикарный вид из окна, чистый номер. Персонал отзывчивый, по нашей просьбе купили нам тапочки 😄

Cons:

Персонал в ресторане не говорит по-английски. Завтрак готовят из того, что есть, не по меню, а потом считают как попало в чеке. Рядом с отелем стойла верблюдов и лошадей с ужасными условиями, жалко смотреть. Горячей воды хватает на одного человека, дальше надо подождать, чтобы нагрелась.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The location was amazing, very central to the main road with restaurants, shops and to the Pyramids. Loads of camels, donkeys and horses on the street that the hotel is on. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean at all times. I'd highly recommend. Mustafa was amazing too.

Pros:

Понравилось все! Сначала мы забронировали другой отель, но не смогли найти его, поэтому пришли в "Casablanca". Нас очень быстро заселили, обслуживание было на высшем уровне. Самые главные плюсы отеля - кристальная чистота в номерах и прекрасный вид с террасы на крыше ( здание одно из самых высоких рядом с пирамидами). Отдельное спасибо очаровательной сотруднице Жасмин!

床、枕頭，空調敢淨沒異味

Cons:

人員只是表面的親切但是事實上根本做不了什麼事吧，三番兩次打電話騷擾，只為了確認我能跟他五星好評。
跟他溝通很多事情都跟你很熱情的答應說沒有問題，但是事實上他換班的時候卻完全沒有交接給下一個人，而變成說我又要再重複地跟下一個前台或者是工作人員再一次的鬼打牆一樣的重複我們的需求，而去反應的時候卻又說我們幫你做的任何所有的事情了，然後請給我們五星好評。有夠煩。

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen. Der Ticketschalter für das Pyramidengelände ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, das GEM mit Uber auch. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Fahrer des Hotels vom Flughafen Sphinx abgeholt. Die Möbel sind neu, das Bett bequem. Es ist eines der saubersten Hotels, das ich in Kairo und Giza je hatte. Dass das Zimmer im 1. Stock kein benutzbares Fenster hat, erwies sich als Vorteil: es drang von außen weder Lärm noch Gestank der vorbeiziehenden Kamele und Pferde ein, auch nicht das Geschrei der Kinder aus der gegenüberliegenden Schule in den Pausenzeiten. Und da die Klimaanlage gut funktionierte, war die Luft frisch. Besonders gut hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf die Pyramiden gefallen. Dort wurde das Frühstück serviert und man konnte abends auch etwas essen oder trinken. Das Personal an der Rezeption, Tasneem und Mustafa, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach gut Englisch. Nachdem es am ersten Morgen mit dem Frühstück nicht so gut geklappt hatte (wir mussten lange warten, es gab ein Missverständnis mit dem Kaffee, der nur ohne Milch kostenlos ist), war an den beiden anderen Morgen Tasneem zur Stelle und alles klappte schnell und reibungslos. Auch als ein Junge uns zwei 1,5 l-Flaschen Wasser brachte und dafür 130 LE verlangte (eine Flasche kostet im Laden 10 LE), erließ sie uns sofort die Bezahlung.

Cons:

Für diesen Preis war es ein sehr gutes Hotel.

The staff were very friendly and always greeted m with a smile(Moustafa,Tasnem,thanks!).The room was new and clean. Breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the pyramids was an irreplaceable experience. The entrance to the pyramid district is a 5-minute walk away. I think this is a very good hotel.

The hotel is difficult to find. There are other hotels with similar names, so taxi drivers were confused.

Las vistas a las pirámides desde el Rooftop, es excepcional y la mejor que he tenido en todo el viaje! Gracias a la señora que nos hizo el check out muy amable.

Cons:

El hôtel está al lado de un vertedero de basura de al menos 60m cuadrados, el ascensor no tiene puerta, al llegar te encuentras 5 hombres en el lobby que te miran como si fueras un extraño y ni siquiera hay cambio cuando quieres pagar en efectivo, el rooftop no tiene comida solo sándwich a pesar de ser Ramadán, el desayuno? Tres cortes de mortadella, un queso más o menos y unos panes, la tortilla muy pequeña no hay nada de fruta. Perdón con tanta naranja que hay y los sumos eran de cajita?? Creo que este establecimiento no está adaptado para tener huéspedes o debe mejorar en muchos aspectos. No es culpa del hotel pero el Barrio de Giza mejor evitarlo

De straat was erg druk met lawaai tot diep in de nacht. De straat was op bepaalde plekken niet schoon, een verzamelplaats voor plastic op straat.

정말 좋았습니다 위치도 피라미드까지 금방 걸어서 가시면 되고 뷰도 아주 좋아서 저희는 1박 추가로 결제해서 묵었습니당
