Very nice, modern, boutique hotel. Location is fantastic!
Pros:

Fantastic location - the hotel is very boutique and is absolutely gorgeous and very modern. The rooms were spacious and very quite. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The bathroom were very modern and spacious. Everything you need for a city break for a few days or more. The breakfasts were very good too, a big selection and everything was very tasty. We loved this hotel.

Nothing - i liked everything about this hotel.

Modern, clean hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Location perfect, staff communicated really well prior to our arrival to book transport for us (taxi driver and the vehicle perfect!) also gave really valuable advice and made bookings for local attractions, very much appreciated. Whole hotel very clean, room modern and comfortable, good choice at breakfast. Would certainly stay there again.

Cons:

Quite loud at night, maybe from neighbouring rooms…? Nothing the hotel could do about that, not too bothersome and not too out of the ordinary for a city centre location.
Would have preferred for breakfast to be explained a bit, did see another guest with different items, wasn’t aware that we could ask for extras.

Very good hotel in the best location
Pros:

The location was great; in the middle of everything and very quiet. The room had all necessary amenities and was spotless clean. Air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was very good, a large choice off food, hot and could, beverages and all was very tasty. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

If you're going to Krakow I would recommend staying here
Pros:

The location was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo smaczne śniadania z dużym wyborem (również opcje bezglutenowe). Dobra kawa. Fajnie zaaranżowane miejsce do zjedzenia śniadania. Panie z obsługi bardzo uprzejme i uśmiechnięte. Czysto, wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Brak uszczelki pod drzwiami od prysznica (woda wylatywała dołem na pozostałą część łazienki). Okna nie były do końca dzwiękoszczelne przez co za dnia było słychac buczenie z wentylatorów z dworu a w nocy odgłosy z kamienicy obok (akurat ktoś obchodził urodziny, więc tu akurat mielismy po prostu pecha). W opisie dobrze byloby zaznaczyć, że praktycznie wszystkie apartamenty mają okna wychodzące na wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Przegladając booking ma się mylne wrażenie że widoki są na miasto we wszystkich pokojach.
