Perfect location, wonderful staff, an extremely enjoyable stau!
Pros:

Amazing location, staff are so so helpful! The rooms were perfect!
The hotel is clean, has great amenities and everything you need to enjoy a beautiful stay in Santorini.

Cons:

The Sunrise view rooms can be a little hot during the night as they sit under a curved roof and the aircon doesn’t seem to travel up there. But otherwise a wonderful stay.

Pros:

The property was super clean. The pool ia very big and nice. The bathrooms were very pretty. The staff was excellent, especially the lady with the red hair at the reception. She was exceptional

Cons:

The parking was a little complicated but the hotel coulent do anything

Amazing staff, comfortable accommodations and great location.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Central location in Fira. Breakfast is included. It was excellent with many options including eggs, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, oatmeal, bread, selections of jams, coffee , tea,orange juice, etc. And the absolute best homemade watermelon jam!!!

A lovely stay
Pros:

We only stayed here for one night and it was the perfect stopover before we continued our travels. The bus from the port leaves you about a 10 minute easy walk away from this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms and pool area are very clean.

Cons:

The room was a little small but perfect for one night. Everything else was great.

A rasgos generales bastante bien
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien (a pesar de la carretera que hay que cruzar para entrar al hotel, que hay bastante tráfico). Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y del centro de Fira para ir andando. Además apenas se oye ruido (salvo si duermes con la ventana abierta que es un continuo trajín de coches, quads, autobuses…)
El personal fue muy agradable y estaba muy muy limpio.
Las vistas son espectaculares (y el edificio abandonado no molesta, solo si vas por postureo y no quieres que aparezca en medio en la foto. Pero para sentarte en el balcón y relajarte viendo el atardecer, es maravilloso).
La piscina estaba muy bien y sin apenas gente.

Cons:

Son habitaciones renovadas, sin embargo las escaleras para subir y bajar de la cama hacen muchísimo ruido. Se oyen también las de habitaciones contiguas.
El sofá si que era incomodísimo y ademas “se desmontaba” todo el rato. Está un poco como de adorno.
El desayuno no estaba mal, pero conviene ir a primerísima hora, porque reponen con cuentagotas y las mesas del salón se llenan enseguida.
El precio (aunque como todo en Santorini) creo que está un poco inflado. Para lo que es, considero que no lo vale, pero comparando con lo que hay por allí, no está mal del todo

Pros:

La tranquilidad, la piscina deliciosa, nos guiaron para que visitar, un buen desayuno y a la salida fue posible esperar en la piscina para que nos recogieran para ir al aeropuerto.

Cons:

No tienen ascensor, por ende usar las escaleras con malestar grandes no fue tan agradable.

Do barulho constante da rua , por ser uma estrada de acesso à cidade.
