Pros:

Overall nice hospitality. Although we were guided to City View Palace Hotel, not the City View Cairo Hotel which we reserved (same owner), the communication was very smooth and it turned out to be a good stay for us.

Cons:

Nothing special, but if they could have tea/coffee maker as a standard service, it would be perfect. (We asked for an electric pot and cups and they provided them immediately.)

Wir haben uns in diesem einfachen, zentralen Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die Lage ist bestens. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sauber.

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle, an der manchmal nachts gearbeitet wurde, was sehr laut war.

感觉是惯骗。
Cons:

提前了2个多月预定的酒店，到酒店当天晚上被告知房间已经满了，没有房间了，非常奇怪的是打开当天的booking 显示还有房间，然后要把我们卖到其他酒店，他们口头说是同一个老板的酒店，但是名字和地址根本就不一样。凌晨半夜2点，2个女生在开罗街头找酒店也是非常恐怖的经历，还好我当时知道酒店位置在市中心，最后看到的酒店感觉很一般，但是由于已经凌晨2点了， 就只能让步接受了。他们在Booking上还提前2天扣费了，不知道为什么还是没有给我保留好房间。

Ma chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée (à 2h du matin) : pas de couette, d'oreiller et de drap pour le 3ème lit.
Pas de serviette de bain initialement prévue (on a du les demander)

Pros:

Chambres très propres, salle de bain spacieuse et literie ok.
Le personnel est très agréable et toujours disponible.
Plutôt bien placé!

Cons:

Comme beaucoup d’endroits, le bâtiment est en travaux. Du coup cela peut faire peur lorsque l’on arrive et surtout cela impacte que nous n’avons pas eu la possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres et d’aller sur le balcon car il y avait un échafaudage. Mais en soit nous n’avions pas prévu d’y passer du temps, et l’important était que la chambre soit nickel ce qui était le cas.

Bon emplacement mais difficile à trouver vu que plusieurs hôtels ont le même nom. Le taxi ne nous a pas dé posé au bon endroit.

Cons:

La surtaxe de 25 USD pour une arrivée plus tôt alors que j'avais écris pour le signaler voyageant de nuit.

This hotel is a fantastic find in the heart of Cairo, offering incredible value and a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. While the building itself is classic and "vintage," the interiors have been recently renovated, meaning the rooms and bathrooms are fresh, clean, and up-to-date. The old-fashioned elevator might look like an antique, but it works perfectly and adds a fun, nostalgic touch to the experience! We also really enjoyed the good, simple breakfast provided for free each morning. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the wonderful hospitality; Ali, Ahmed, Adham, and Maayi were all exceptionally helpful and made us feel right at home.

My most splendid trip of my life
Pros:

Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να ανταποκριθεί σε κάθε ανάγκη . Το πρωινό πολύ καλό καλό και πλούσιο . Βρίσκεται περίπου στο κέντρο της πόλης του καιρού με όλα τα μαγαζιά για κάθε εξυπηρέτηση . Βρίσκεται κοντά στο μετρό ( 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) Mohamand Naquib . Και από εκεί εύκολα πηγαίνεις στο GEM, στις πυραμίδες , στη Νεκρόπολη. Το δωμάτιο της διαμονής μου από κάθε άποψη έχει ευρωπαϊκό χαρακτήρα.

Cons:

Βέβαια η πόλη του Καιρου, δεν είναι όπως οι άλλες ευρωπαϊκές πόλεις. Για αυτό το λόγο το πολιτισμικό υπόβαθρο της πολης , το περιβάλλον , και γενικά η διαμονή των κατοίκων εδώ είναι διαφορετική και αρκετά δύσκολη.
