hôtel local bien placé sans charme
Pros:

très bon emplacement
hôtel plutôt avec clientèle locale

Cons:

l’accès à l’hôtel, c’est fait par les parties communes de l’immeuble qui sont très très vétustes et pas très sexy
le premier jour on avait réservé une chambre pour trois personnes et il manquait un lit sans que l’établissement ne trouve une solution pour la première nuit☹️

Pros:

Hotel bien placé dans le centre avec belle vue, clim, wifi, lits confortables et linge de lit et bain très propre.
Chambres propres, petits déjeuner très bien.
Ne vous fiez pas à l'entrée de l'immeuble, le 3 ème où se situe l'hôtel est tout refait, équipements modernes, frigo, suffisamment de prises.
Ascenseur d'epoque mais qui fait son taff et finalement assez pittoresque, c'est sympa.
Personnel sympa et serviable.

horrible experience
Pros:

Bed bugs were everywhere, on the walls and sheets, swollen red with blood. My daughter got so scared she jumped off the bed, and we packed up and left fast.

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel in the morning, left our luggage, and went out for a tour. I have chat records confirming this timeline. When we returned later in the day, we wanted to take a shower, but there were no towels in the room, and the room phone was not working, so we couldn’t call reception. Every time we needed assistance, we had to get dressed again and walk down to the reception ourselves.

Late that night, we discovered bed bugs in the bed. We found several of them—around three or four—and they appeared to be at different stages, with some being very small and light in color. The bed sheets were also torn and did not appear clean.

The elevator was another serious safety concern. It looked extremely old, which by itself would have been acceptable if it had been safe. However, the elevator door remained open while the elevator was moving. It was possible to see the space between the floors while it was in motion. This created an extremely dangerous situation where an adult—or especially a child—could easily fall into the shaft.

The experience became so distressing that at around 3:00 a.m., I had to leave the hotel with my children and our luggage to search for another hotel in the middle of the night. This was both stressful and unsafe.

I would like to acknowledge that the receptionist on duty during the night was polite and professional. However, despite the circumstances, I was left to carry our luggage downstairs myself because no one assisted us, and using the elevator did not feel safe.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The combination of bed bugs, poor cleanliness, lack of basic room amenities, non-functioning communication, and the dangerous elevator created an unacceptable and unsafe environment for my family.

Man muss starke Nerven haben.
Pros:

Die Lage und das gute Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Es wird empfohlen, auch bei 2 Personen ein 3-Bett Zimmer zu nehmen, das bietet mehr Platz. Hotel im 3 Stock.

Cons:

Furchtbarer Zustand des Treppenhaus und des Eingangsbereich. Katastrophalen Zustand des Fahrstuhl, bei Regen musste er stillgelegt werden. Duschwasser schwer zu regulieren

Freundliches und sympathisches Personal, vielfältiges Frühstück und gute Betten.

Cons:

Die zentrale Lage bedeutet auch, dass man viel vom hupenden Straßenverkehr hört.
Personal und Manager informieren unterschiedlich, was zu sehr unangenehmen Situationen führen kann.
Der antike, schöne Aufzug bringt einen nur bei trockener Luft in den 3. Stock.
