Fantastic vacation with extremely friendly staff and owner was always present for communication
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly, warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

No TV in bedroom, but not much time spent in teh room as the location is so beautiful and close to the beach.

Pros:

Mały, cichy hotel położony przy ładnej plazy. Do plaży należy dość 3 minuty. Personel bardzo pomocny, spełniał wszystkie nasze prośby. Nie bylo problemu z wczesnym check in oraz późnym check out. Dostalismy dodatkowy materac , gdy zwróciłam uwagę ze materac na jednym z łóżek jest za twardy dla dzieci. Dostalismy polecenie hotelu w dar es salam gdy powiedzieliśmy, że mamy stamtąd lot powrotny. Mieliśmy wykupione wyżywienie w hotelu. W tej opcji jest odzielna karta z 4 zestawami dan, które można wybierać codziennie. Gdy zwróciłam uwagę, że jesteśmy już znudzeni proponowanymi daniami natychmiast zaproponowano nam wybór dan z ogólnego menu bez dodatkowej dopłaty.

Cons:

Trochę mały basen, leżaki przy basenie powinny zostać wymienione na nowe. Dania serwowane przez kuchnie wymagaja dopracowania, wołowina przesuszona, kurczak również.

A perfect quiet destination .
Pros:

The care and attention to every little detail was so quietly and skilfully carried out, the staff were always available to assist in any way they could . The hotel teams worked tirelessly to ensure guests had the best tropical experience The pool area including beautifully kept gardens where perfect the cocktails flowed well too. Rooms were large and extremely comfortable the view from my large balcony was incredible looking across the pure white sandy beach to the reef and Indian Ocean (a view I will never forget) Thank you Carol for looking after me so well you are a specila person. I will be back !!!

Small, Personal and Very Well Run
Pros:

We had a great stay at this Hotel. The service felt genuinely personalised, which made all the difference. We chose to dine in the restaurant and were delighted with both the food and the service. A very intimate hotel, a grand spot altogether.

A Refined Experience
Pros:

My wife and I really appreciated the gentle and attentive approach of the staff. We booked the half board option and the dishes were truly delicious. The management was present and quick to resolve an issue we had with an excursion, even though it wasn’t their responsibility. Overall, an excellent experience.

A Slice of Zanzibar Zen
Pros:

We loved this hotel! The staff were amazing, super caring and helpful, always around when you needed them but never in your way. Pure relaxation from start to finish.
And the sandbank view right in front of the hotel… honestly the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. Absolutely spectacular.
Highly recommended if you need peace, good vibes and a little slice of paradise!

Wonderful experience!
Pros:

Lite og hyggelig hotell

Cons:

Forferdelig senger, håper de kjøper inn overmadrass slik at gjestene kan sove ordentlig og behagelig. I tillegg litt treige rundt mat servering.

Happy Stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The garden is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful, a perfect place to relax. Our room was very large, comfortable nd well prepared. A special thanks to the bar team, they served usamazing cocktails. Everything was truly excellent. Highly recommended.

Tranquil Location!
A very calming experience throughout my short stay. The property has stunning views and their newly opened beach bar was a perfect place to relax and sunbathe while sipping on something cold.
The food at Di Milo restaurant always came fresh and delicious.
Will surely return here soon.

Pros:

Caroline is such a wonderful host!!! Like I didn't want to leave.... Everything was top notch from the welcoming staff to the comfort of the room to the amenities. I recommend Di Milo to everyone visiting Zanzibar.
