Ottima struttura a Chiang Mai così come il rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione un po' decentrata
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura soltanto una notte, non avendo disponibilità l'altra struttura di CM nella quale abbiamo pernottato le notti precedenti. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, sia per il bagno che per il letto assolutamente comodo, dotata anche di balconcino. Staff gentile al check-in e buona colazione a buffet. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Sicuramente la posizione non è il suo forte; sia per andare in aeroporto che in centro abbiamo sempre dovuto utilizzare Bolt, se si ha un'auto è ovviamente perfetto essendo dotato anche di parcheggio. Per la colazione abbiamo chiesto che venisse anticipata di circa mezz'ora causa volo la mattina presto, in quell'occasione lo staff non ci è sembrato particolarmente gentile e disponibile, posso comunque comprendere il possibile disagio di dover aprire prima la cucina per pochi ospiti. Per il resto tutto regolare.

Pros:

La habitación estaba en orden.

Cons:

El hotel se ve viejo y falto de mantenimiento. Ningún aparato del gimnasio funcionaba. El personal no era especialmente atento ni explicó las facilidades del hotel. No es un 4 estrellas.

พนักงานรอบกลางคืน น่าจะชื่อ ภูวเดช ไม่มีความช่วยเหลือเลย เราจองมาเตียงเดียว แต่เค้าเอาเตียงมาชนให้ เราโทรไปขอย้ายห้อง พนักงานแจ้งว่าห้องเต็ม ถ้าลูกค้าไม่พอ ให้ยกเลิกการจองได้เลย เรานี่อึ้งกับคำตอบของพนักงานมาก ซึ่งในขณะนั้นเราเข้าเช็คอิน เกือบ 4 ทุ่มแล้ว แล้วจะให้ไปหาโรงแรมที่ไหน เราจอง 2 คืน อีกคืนเรายกเลิก booking เลยคะ

Magnifique hôtel, authentique, le personnel est très gentil et serviable.
Proche du centre-ville en revanche rien ne peut être fait à pied car l’hôtel sur trouve sur une grande route.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être davantage diversifié
