Our stay at Indigo in Casa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and full of character a true reflection of Cretan hospitality. The food was amazing and the vibe in general was truly heartwarming. Would definitely come back

Poolanlage super schön und auch an sonst super gepflegte Anlage.

Cons:

Da es schon gegen Ende der Saison war, wurde das Buffet schon ordentlich runter gefahren. Da würde sich eine kleine a la carte Karte mit griechischen Sachen wesentlich besser machen als das, was dort angeboten wurde.

Ήταν μια εμπειρία διαμονής, από το προσωπικό που αγγίζει την τελειότητα όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση, τούς χώρους που ήταν όλοι σε άψογη κατάσταση όσον αφορά την άνεση και την λειτουργικότητα τις γεύσεις της κουζίνας...όλα και όλοι τούς ήταν σαν να ζούσαμε σε μια οικογένεια...
Αλλά θα σταθώ σε δύο πρόσωπα που άγγιξαν την καρδιά μάς τον υπέροχο διευθυντή κ.Σπυρο που ήτανε σαν να βρήκα τον χαμένο αδελφό μού και την Αναστασία στο σέρβις του εστιατορίου που μας εξυπηρέτησε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι τής
Θα το ξανά επισκεφθούμε σίγουρα και εννοείται θα είναι η κύρια πρόταση μάς σε γνωστούς και φίλους για την ανατολική Κρήτη....

Mooi hotel met prachtig zwembad. In het naseizoen zelfs kamer upgrade gekregen en halfpension! Heel attent. Fijne bedden. Wifi werkte goed. Prima ontbijt en avondeten, maar niet heel uitgebreid.

Cons:

De kamers zijn wel wat gehorig. Van te voren werd er aangegeven dat ik kon parkeren op de parkeerplaats van het hotel, maar de hele week was er geen afstandsbediening beschikbaar voor de slagboom, terwijl er wel continue plekken waren. Gelukkig kon parkeren wel op naastgelegen parkeerplaats, maar hier is niet altijd plek.

Super schönes Hotel mit sehr sehr freundlichem Personal. Ich bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade in einer Suite mit Halbpension. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Die Poolanlage super schön und dadurch, dass es mehrere Pools gibt, ist es auch nirgendwo überlaufen.

Cons:

leider schwaches Wlan im Zimmer. Dadurch, dass ich gearbeitet habe, war es nicht ganz optimal. Von daher passt die Beschreibung ("High-Speed Internet") nicht ganz. Ansonsten habe ich aber nichts zu beanstanden.
